PRODUCTS OFFERED:

Home Loan: A home loan is an amount of money that an individual borrows from a money lending company (Bank
/HFC) at a certain home loan interest rate to be paid with the EMI every month. The property is taken as a security
by the money lending company for the Home Loan. The purpose of the HL is:

• HL Purchase– Loans for purchase of ready-built/ under-construction residential units


• HL Construction/ Extension- Loans for self-construction on an already owned
residential plot OR additional construction/ extension of an already built-up house
• HL Renovation-Loans for renovation/ repair work/ new fixtures etc. in an existing house
• HL Plot Purchase–Loans for purchase of residential plot. However, borrower has to give declaration that he will construct
residence on the given plot as per approved plan within 3 years.

Loan Against Property: A loan against property (LAP) is a secured loan that is sanctioned keeping an asset as mortgage
with the lender. This asset can either be an owned land, a house, or any other commercial premises. The asset remains
as collateral with the lender until the entire loan against property amount is repaid. The purpose of the LAP is:

• LAP Loans – Loans for general-purpose use other than Housing Loan
• Non-Residential Properties Loans (all properties other than residential properties as commercial /industrial etc.)
