PROJECTS

 Core part of Project along with Production and Packing team to reduce the complaint of moisture loss in market by 80-
85%. To deal with the complaint we started Stretch wrapping & use of HM bag.
 Branding and marketing of Commodity yarns: We had introduced 7 categories of Brands and implemented the sale of
commodity yarns by channelizing through brands category.
 Salesforce Report & Dashboard: BRD provided to SFDC Consultants and worked closely with them to get desired
output of Dashboard for analysis of Sale and revenue data, Inventory, outstanding and overdue data etc.
 Packing Material Cost Optimization: - Increase package weight from 2.52 kg to 2.58 kg for effective utilization of
vehicle load. It helped us to get 2.5% positive margin in freight cost.
