For order value less than Rs.500 a flat fee of Rs.50 is applicable

Terms and Conditions
1.Tailoring Orders: All confirmed orders will be stitched as per specifications provided by the client,
which would be made clear to the client during their walk-in or during the design confirmation call.
Since tailoring is a highly skilled and technique based process, every item for which measurements
are taken might have alterations, which we would be more than willing to complete within the 7 day
free alteration window, after the invoice is generated and item is delivered ( Item delivery is subject to
customer availability). Any Stitched Item or outfit ( if stitched using a sample garment) will qualify for
alteration pickup and subsequent free alteration only if the same sample garment is provided.

2. Order Priority: All prepaid orders will be prioritised over orders that have been confirmed and not
been paid for.

3.Pick up and Delivery: Pick up and Delivery is a complimentary/free of charge service. Our
standard Pick up and Drop times are anytime between 9AM- 2PM or 2PM-9PM. Every effort will be
made by our team to ensure the delivery or pick up during the scheduled time slot. Due to reasons
beyond our control there might be occasions that the delivery or pickup might be delayed and every
effort will be made to ensure the delivery or pick up happens in the next available slot. If any client or
customer needs a delivery or pick up at a certain time, its implied that the client makes his/her own
arrangements for either pick up or delivery.

4.Standard(24-48 hr) and Express (6hr) Delivery: For convenience of customers we offer
Standard/Regular and Express Delivery service

For Standard Delivery, the delivery time is 1 item per customer after the design confirmation process
is complete. The turnaround time for this service is 12 - 24 working hours(Turnaround time would be
informed to the client at the time of order confirmation, if different from the above)

For Express Delivery, the cut off period for handing over the items/fabrics is 11AM on all week days
and this service attracts a 100% premium over the estimated charges. For express service on
Sundays, the customer has to priorly inform us about the need for this service.

Working hours for the turn around times mentioned above might be deemed to be 10AM-8PM on all
weekdays. Sundays are excluded while taking working hours into consideration.Anytime after the
confirmation is completed , our team reserves the right to inform the client about delays in the delivery
timeline. Embroidery and Dyeing will not be offered in Express Delivery Service.

5.Unpaid or Unclaimed Orders: Tailorsin.com reserves the right to dispose-off the unpaid/unclaimed
orders beyond 30 days of them being picked up or being made ready.

6. Alteration or Refund Policy:Free Alteration or Alteration Orders take longer than the standard
stitching orders, due to the technicality involved . It's expected that Clients understand this and
cooperate with us on the indicated delivery timelines. Free Alteration or Alteration Orders don’t qualify
with the 24-48 hr standard/regular service.

If any client finds an issue with item stitched by Tailorsin.com, it should be informed to us within 7
days of invoicing/delivery( whichever comes first) and refund or credit note will be issued within 30
days of the receipt. Refund is subject to discretion of our Quality Control Team. The maximum
possible length of the garment is constrained by the provided fabric and hence we don’t assume any
liability for any issues resulting from the provided fabric.
