To the Honorable Mayor Rene Gustilo,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ruel L. Duhaylungsod, a proud resident of San Carlos
City and a recent graduate of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, where I earned my
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. I am also one of the grateful beneficiaries of your esteemed "Iskolar
ng Bayan" program, and I am pleased to share that I recently passed the Licensure Examination for Social
Workers this past September.

First and foremost, I wish to extend my deepest gratitude for your commitment to supporting the
education of students like me. The opportunities your administration has provided have empowered me to
pursue my calling in social work, and I am immensely grateful for the role your scholarship has played in
my success.

Inspired by your unwavering dedication to the welfare and progress of our community, I am now seeking
to join a government agency where I can apply my skills and make a meaningful difference in the lives of
my fellow San Carloseños. It would be a privilege to serve under your guidance and contribute to the
impactful initiatives your administration has championed for the betterment of our city.

With your invaluable insights and support, I hope to identify a suitable opportunity where my background
in social work and my passion for public service can be fully utilized. I am committed to working
diligently and contributing positively to our shared vision of a brighter future for all San Carloseños.

Thank you very much for considering my request. I would be deeply honored to receive any assistance or
advice you may offer, and I look forward to any chance to contribute to our community's progress.

Sincerely,
Ruel L. Duhaylungsod
