Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated International Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads within
international markets, with a specific focus on the UAE region. This role is ideal for someone
with a passion for sales, proficiency in lead generation tools, and a strong understanding of digital
marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and generate high-quality leads, particularly in
international markets like the UAE, focusing on sectors such as digital marketing, e-
commerce, and performance marketing.
 Email Marketing & Social Media Engagement: Utilize email marketing strategies and
platforms like LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and nurture relationships.
 Client Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and understand potential clients
and target audiences.
 Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth
handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
 Strategy Optimization: Regularly review and refine lead generation strategies to increase
engagement and conversion rates.
 Market Analysis: Stay updated on international market trends and identify new
opportunities for client outreach and lead engagement.

Desired Qualifications:

 6 months to 1 year of experience in international lead generation, sales, or a related field.


 Proficiency in CRM systems, lead generation tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn.
 Experience with email marketing, social media outreach, and lead generation portals.
 Familiarity with global market trends, particularly within the UAE, and an understanding of
