Eligibility Criteria:

 The Ilumina Health package is available for individuals aged 18 to


60 years.

Key Points to Understand Before Pitching:

 Ilumina Health offers an OPD Wellness Plan and is not an insurance


provider.
 Clients receive 12 doctor visits annually, with 50% of the
consultation fee reimbursed or cashback equivalent to 50% of the
OPD amount paid.
 Eligible doctors must be M.B.B.S-certified and registered
practitioners.

Cashback Eligibility & Required Documents: To claim the cashback,


clients must submit the following:

1. Doctor’s Prescription
2. Proof of Payment:
o Either a paid invoice, or
o The doctor must mention the amount received on the
prescription.
3. Medicine Bill
4. Bank Account Details for receiving the cashback amount

Additional Benefits:

 Unlimited Tele-Consultations with an M.B.B.S-certified doctor.


Consultation requests are processed within 20-25 minutes.
 Two Dietician Sessions for nutritional guidance.
 Two Mental Wellness Sessions for mental well-being support.

Processing Time:
