Demographics Mining:Chira stones are extracted from Darom and Phanasgaon near Talere, as well as from quarries in Hativale, Salgaon, and
Kondhe. These quarries supply stones to nearby districts, with about 250-300 heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) transporting
them daily across the state. Fishing and Agriculture:Vijaydurg is a hub for fish trade, with 150-200 light commercial vehicles
