Your exciting new journey has begun and I congratulate you on continuing the Reiki process! Not
just for learning a new skill; I am also proud of you for choosing to use the natural, effective and
beautiful energy around you to help yourself and even others. Reiki; Today, it has become
widespread in the world as a spiritual and physical healing technique. However, Reiki is considered
to be beneficial not only as a healing technique, but also in terms of looking at life positively thanks
to a mental enlightenment, and thus it is applied in many areas.

While our Reiki Training uses established techniques to conduct the Reiki session, I believe your
intuition is also a really good guide for energy healing. Therefore, as you learn Reiki techniques,
you will notice that your Intuitive abilities also improve.

I have mentioned the levels of Reiki in my previous notes. Each level has its own beauty and
feature, and it is not appropriate to go to the next level without tasting it. As a matter of fact, it is a
prerequisite to thoroughly digest each level when starting to practice Reiki.

At the 2nd level, the second level is the level called "read den", that is, "secret information". Here
we will learn three sacred symbols that will provide three-dimensional healing. These symbols are a
mystery in itself, a miracle in itself. Although they look simple, they have a lot of depth. The energy
integrated with the symbols of the second level accelerates the evolutionary process of the person.

Also, the person begins to access the secrets of the symbols. It solves their different combinations,
subconscious cleaning, room cleaning, the way symbols work. He learns how he can serve the good
of the whole by carrying it into life with symbols. The second level is a complete learning level, one
is now fully in the spiritual. Their intuition has increased and they have learned different ways of
using and directing them. The first level “Are my intuitions right or wrong?” He has learned to come
out of his delusion and trust his intuition.

Keeping Reiki symbols secret is said to be part of the Reiki tradition. However, one should not
approach symbols as if they are a sacred trust. Symbols are just a tool to help you focus on your
intention and Reiki energy. Nowadays, we see the drawings and mantras of these symbols in many
Reiki books and on the internet.

The power of symbols comes not from their appearance, but from the energy that connects to them
during attunement. It has no hidden power. Since the energy represented by the symbol attaches
itself to the symbol
during attunement, the energy represented by the symbol starts to flow automatically as soon as
the person attuned to Reiki 2 thinks about the symbol.

For this reason, symbols can only be activated and used by those who have received a stage 2 or
advanced Reiki attunement.

SYMBOLS

Symbols can be used at the beginning and / or at the time of the Reiki application, as well as in
different ways of use in almost every area of daily life.

They are usually drawn from top to bottom and from left to right. According to the Reiki tradition,
each symbol is drawn once and the person repeats the symbol's name (mantra) three times inside.

Working with symbols requires attention and seriousness. It is beneficial to learn the drawings,
names and uses of symbols well, and using them in every study strengthens Reiki practice.

Don't worry if you think you've drawn the symbols incomplete or incorrectly. It is impossible to go
wrong with Reiki consciousness. Your intention is important here. Even a small defect in the
drawing of the symbols is perceived as it should be, combined with your intention and
consciousness of Reiki.

You can draw next to or above the person, or in front of you, in the air. symbols; As it can be drawn
with your finger, it can also be drawn with the movement of your hand by imagining a beam of light
coming out of your palm chakra. You can also activate symbols by thinking about their names,
visualizing them, or imagining yourself drawing them. Any of these methods will enable symbols.
CHO KU REI (SYMBOL OF POWER)

It is a symbol that will make life easier for us. It is useful to work on the physical body and the
etheric body. This symbol is a symbol of power. It is used to increase the power and effect of Reiki
energy.

In the 1st stage of Reiki, when the hands are placed on the relevant part of the body, if the body's
energy needs are in another area, the energy flows to that area. For example, if the hands are on
the stomach but the needed place is the throat area, Reiki energy is directed to that area. So the
control is in Reiki. However, in the second stage of Reiki, when you draw the 1st symbol on the area
to be applied (for example, the stomach) and use the symbol's name inside yourself, you will give
the energy the message "come right here and strong". So you are in control.

CHO KU REI is used to increase the power of Reiki energy or to focus Reiki energy in a special area.
To do this, simply draw or visualize the symbol and think of the name of the symbol. While the
power symbol can be used at any time during Reiki practice, it is particularly effective when used to
increase the effect at the beginning of the practice and to stabilize the healing energies when the
practice is over.

In general, it provides protection against all negative energies. in your home; on windows, doors,
walls, in your car; It is used to protect everything you hold dear by drawing on the steering wheel,
roof, wheels or covering the car, drawing yourself or someone close to you (A large Cho kur rei to
cover the whole body). Since Reiki works at all levels, the protection it provides will be at all levels.
It will protect not only against physical harm, but also against verbal, emotional or psychic attacks.

Just drawing into your own aura; The symbol is drawn large from your right to your left with the
hand facing you. In crowded environments, it is ensured that the environment is calm and peaceful
by drawing yourself first and then drawing them in the middle or on people one by one. For this, it
is sufficient to visualize the symbol in front of your eyes and say its name in your heart.

It is drawn for the cleaning of any item or place that is desired to be purified. It is used to clean the
room from accumulated negative energy, especially after Reiki work. Purifying living environments
such as home or workplace with the 1st symbol ensures that these places are filled with more
positive energy.

You can remove the negative effects of food by drawing on the food eaten outside. In the same
way, you can reduce the side effects and increase the healing effect by drawing on drugs. It is used
for blockage cleaning in physical application studies. Since the power and effect of the Reiki energy
in the symbol will increase, the blocked energies are loosened and the life energy begins to flow
easily.

Because Reiki raises the level of consciousness, it helps you with the issues that you have difficulty
in doing. For example, doors that do not open, jar lids, electronic devices that do not work,
batteries, etc. In things, if there is no serious fault, the 1st symbol will help you. It is also used as an
energy and concentration enhancer in meditation studies. For this, it is sufficient to repeat the
name of the symbol three times in your mind before you start working.

In short, the 1st symbol; You can use it by drawing it once, by imagining it by hand, by eye, or by
imagining it in your mind, by saying its name three times, and drawing it on anything, anywhere,
anytime.
SEİ HE Kİ (MENTAL-EMOTIONAL SYMBOL)

This symbol is used for emotional and mental change and transformation. It is known that; Almost
all physical disorders have an emotional/mental counterpart. And most of them consist of negative
suggestions and beliefs in the Subconscious. In this sense, the healing of the feelings and thoughts
that cause the formation of the physical discomfort means the recovery of the ailment.

Throughout human life, various negative thoughts, belief patterns and emotional pain are
intertwined. This felt pain can also manifest itself as a physical illness in cases where it remains
inside and cannot find any other way out.

The SEI HE KI symbol focuses Reiki energy on the emotional/mental bodies. It dissolves the
blockages in the subconscious, the energy field covered by a negative thought or emotion or
trauma and brings it to the surface for healing. (SPEEDS THE KARMA)

For example, hidden in our subconscious; It allows us to be at peace and peaceful with ourselves
as it will clear all negative emotion and belief patterns as if fear, anger, anxiety, I am very unlucky,
all setbacks will find me.

Since a transformation will occur in the conscious, subconscious and upper conscious layers with
mental Reiki applications, the person learns to purify his consciousness from old behavior and
thought patterns and to program it again and positively. Thus, Reiki helps us to understand what
are the resistances/barriers/limitations blocking the solutions.

Since all kinds of changes in our consciousness will be reflected in our lives, it is useful to pay
attention to the use of this symbol as described here.
It is used when sending healing to the emotional/mental patterns underlying physical illness. In all
diseases, you enter into a mental study by questioning the root cause of the disease. This practice
prepares them for transformation by revealing the energy created from their hiding place
(subconscious) in order to resolve the causes of physical diseases that may be mental or
emotional.

Since SEI HE KI clears low-frequency negative energies with its high frequency, it also has the
feature of cleansing and balancing wherever there is an energy difference (whether any part of
the body is loaded with too much energy or an energy blockage / blockage is felt in that region, or
in places, food and in drinks).

It is used when placing new thought forms in place of negative, disturbing emotional, mental and
belief patterns. And also; To get rid of bonds and addictions, For the healing of all negative
emotional processes affecting daily life such as fear, anxiety, sadness, distress, disappointment,
anger, and similar problems, For problems such as absent-mindedness, sleep disorders,
forgetfulness, aggression, impatience, difficulty in self-expression, learning difficulties, It is used to
clear the effects of bad memories, improve forgiveness, awareness and communication skills,
develop intuition, solve problems related to love and be loved, and balance the energies in the
Chakras.

In our physical applications; We can use SEİ HE KI to allow energy to flow higher and to clear energy
blockages.

NOTE:

• One should not be too tired and sleepy while working with SEİ HE Kİ.

• When applying it to someone else, it should be done with permission.

It is applied on the emotional and mental patterns desired in individual studies, by making a clear
definition of the subject.

It is a work done with permission. Well; At the end of the sentences to be formed in the studies,
the phrase "permission sentence" is added to the universe as "I am sending Reiki to the universe
to use it when it is needed".

Studies, at least 30 min. It is done for 2 days in a row without a break. Or, it can be done at once
by applying it for 1 hour without interruption.

In some sources, it is stated that 1 month should pass for the repetition of the study on the
subject, whatever it is.

However, in my own studies, if necessary, taking into account the reactions of the person who
applied the application, it can be done again after 15-20 days, without waiting for this period.
To yourself or to someone else when necessary; The 2nd and 1st symbols are drawn on the crown
chakra respectively and applied with their names. After drawing, one hand is on the crown chakra
and the other hand is on the nape, the shape of the hands is kept intact and the formula is
applied. As you draw to yourself, symbols are drawn on the crown chakra, on the top of the head,
with the hand facing towards you.

Mental Reiki is a method of placing a positive thought, emotion or belief in our consciousness.

While doing "Mental Practice" and "Mental Sending" exercises, you can continue your practices by
repeating the following sample affirmation sentences or your own sentences.

NOTE:

Approval studies;

 Use the present tense, not the future tense, as there is no concept of time in the
consciousness layers. It is very important to think as if I already have it and to say it that
way (I am healthy instead of going to be healthy, I have a nice job now instead of getting
a nice job ).

 Affirmation should be based on high values (not that I am more successful than others, I
am successful) not ego.

 Do not use negative words and charms in affirmation. Say what you want to happen, not
what you don't want to happen (I'm healthy instead of sick, instead of sleeping much in
the morning, I wake up every
morning on time and fresh ).

 Always be conscious of creating something new as you affirm.

 Always choose or create the affirmation that feels right to you. Please note that an
 HON SHA ZE SHO NEN (DISTANCE SYMBOL )

It ensures that all Reiki energy works are carried out without being bound by the rules of time and
space. All kinds of distant people, living things, places, events, subconscious; fears, anxiety, etc. It
is used to send Reiki energy. HON SHA ZE SHO NEN is used to bridge time. Using this you can send
Reiki energy into the future. If you know that you are going to undertake an important activity in
the future, you can send Reiki energy to that activity.
HON SHA ZE SHO NEN can also be used to send Reiki energy into the past. If you have had an
experience that has deeply affected you in the past, you can send Reiki energy to this experience,
canceling its reflection on the present and improving its effect on you.

For example, a person has a “fear of being confined”. If the HON SHA ZE SHO NEN symbol is used
to refer to the "fear of being in a closed place" to the Reiki practice studies on this subject, when
the fear has occurred before, that time is reached directly and the dissolution-transformation takes
place at that time.

This symbol can also be used as a locator. For example, when conducting a study on stomach pain,
although the source of the pain is unknown (whether it is mental or emotional), you can use this
symbol to send Reiki energy to the cause of the problem. Thus, even if you do not know the source
of the problem, Reiki energy will go where it is needed.

Use the HON SHA ZE SHO NEN symbol only when doing Reiki from a far.

If the person you are going to practice is not with you or does not allow you to touch, or if you need
to practice yourself, "physical sending" is done. It is done for 1 hour at a time, or you can choose to
work 2 days in a row for 30 minutes.

Everyone, especially yourself; You can use it for acute ailments, before surgery, exam,
organization, job interview or to keep one's energy calm and balanced.

After the symbols are drawn in the air, the following formula is applied step by step, and the two
hands are facing each other and the palms are facing each other or the palms are facing up.

If we know the person during the study, we can imagine him as doing physical reiki, if we do not
know him and he has a photograph, we can hold the photograph between our palms.

SHORT CHAKRA BALANCING

All balancing – equalizing positions 5 min. and the hands are done without leaving the body. If the
doorbell rings and there are times when you have to take a break, then it is recommended to start
over.

It always works well for those who receive Reiki 2 attunement to start by drawing the Cho Ku Rei
symbol on their palms and saying their name three times.

When you do the short chakra balancing-equalization positions shown below with a full Reiki
practice for 21 days and the long chakra balancing-equalizing positions from the 22nd day, the body
will be balanced with energy. The body, whose energy is balanced, begins to renew itself.

Apart from this, whenever the person feels energetically exhausted, that is, if he is physically tired,
emotionally intense, he can do a short 15-minute chakra equalization-balancing exercise.
If a chakra is supported with Reiki energy for any ailment, it is useful to do energy work on the other
chakra it is paired with. For example, supporting the abdominal chakra while working the throat.

You can apply the short chakra equalization positions to another. When applying it to another
person, it does not matter whether the person is sitting or lying down.
