Code of Conduct
The code of conduct aims to establish ethical and legal controls related to adherence
to the respectful behavior of volunteers in the organization and those in charge of it
in a manner that ensures good conduct and respect for the entity and objectives of
the organization in a manner that ensures the provision of the best services to the
beneficiaries in the fullest.
Article one:
1- The provisions of this code of conduct apply to all organizers under Y-PEER,
cooperation files, members of the public body, peer educators or volunteers. 2 -
Rules for the prevention of behavior and rules of conduct to prevent pollution from
the rules of conduct and rules of conduct.
Article Two:
Each member or volunteer, regardless of his position within the organization, is
committed to the following:
1 - transparent performance of the assigned tasks in a manner free from favoritism
and discrimination in all respects and respect for peers with him and maintaining the
ethics and frameworks of the organization’s work
2- Familiarity with the rules and legislation that operate within the framework of the
organization to ensure

develop their capabilities in this context.
3- Neutrality in dealing with beneficiary groups, relatives and volunteers, and not
adopting the principle of exchange of interests or the principle of conflict of
interests.
4- The members of the organization do not have the right to singularize the decision,
leak or politicize the work of the organization or promote certain parties in the name
of the organization at all.
5- To adopt objectivity and transparency in taking decisions in a participatory
manner, taking into account the facts and facts in the event of any decision being
taken.
6- Avoiding the organization’s exploitation for personal purposes and interests, or
managing the attribute of belonging to the organization for personal goals and
harming the organization’s main goals.
7- All members should adopt the principle of seriousness in performing the tasks
and commitment to fulfill the tasks assigned to them according to the timelines
stipulated for each task.
Article Three:
Organization members and volunteers are prohibited from:
1- Underestimating the rules of conduct and violating or abusing in any way any
member within the organization.
2- Exploiting the organization for partisan purposes or individual personal benefits,
exploiting the beneficiaries or building relationships outside scientific frameworks
with them, even if they are
Outside work to maintain the transparency and integrity of the network and its
members
3- He attends the negotiations of the beneficiaries, accepting gifts, or promoting
other interests in exchange for services or joining the network.
4- It is forbidden to deal with everyone on the basis of preference, prejudice, or
intolerance for any group, or to declare information that cannot be disclosed without
justification.
5- Abuse of the powers granted in accordance with the frameworks of the work
system by the director of the organization’s branch in the governorates in terms of
rejecting or delaying any complaint or neglecting the rights of the complainant. 6-
The activity of any member or volunteer who is proven to be involved in building
suspicious or immoral relations with any person affiliated with the network or with
those with precedents, including promotion or trafficking in human beings, sex, and
cyber extortion, shall be suspended in all

7- It is forbidden to deal with any member or volunteer who is proven to be
involved in a case of violation or
Sexual exploitation in all its forms, or proven exploitation of the organization to
promote a political party.
8- Anyone who does not commit to implementing the goals and principles of the
organization, deviating from its course and distorting its reputation in any way,
inside or outside Iraq, shall attend.
Final provisions:
All members of the organization and volunteers must read, fully understand and
sign the Code of Conduct after each training for new members and volunteers.
