Career Goals
• My immediate short-term career goal following graduation is to secure a position as a Festival Production
Coordinator within six months of graduation. This role will allow me to gain hands-on experience in event planning
and production, focusing on logistics, artist relations, and operational management at music festivals.

• Obtain a position as a Festival Production Coordinator.


• Apply to at least 15 relevant job openings and network with at least 10 industry professionals through LinkedIn
and industry events.
• With my education and experience in event management from my coursework and previous internships, this
goal is within reach.
• This position aligns with my long-term career aspiration of becoming a Festival Production Director.
• Achieve this goal within six months after graduation.

• I will measure my progress by tracking the number of job applications submitted each week and maintaining a
record of networking activities. I aim to secure at least three interviews by the end of the six-month period, which
will indicate my progress toward landing the position.

• My long-term career goal is to become a recognized Festival Production Director within the next 7-10 years,
overseeing large-scale music festivals and leading innovative production teams to create unforgettable audience
experiences. This goal encompasses not only managing festivals but also mentoring emerging talent in the
industry and contributing to sustainable festival practices.
