Subject:-Application for Mutation (Intkal) of plot in Revenue records.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to request the mutation of land in revenue records in my name for the
property located in colony:-Mata Gujri Avenue-2, Khanpur , Plot No. 130 & 131 ,Khewat No.
259/216 , Hadbast No. 183 , Tehsil Kharar. I was purchased the plot from RSN Builders and
Promoters. Which I was registered in my Name:-Sunil Kumar and Dharmenderi Devi on dated :- 04-
Feb-2020 at Kharar Tehsil.

Plot No. 130 and 131 was registered under the Registration No. :-IN-PB08629457778808S.

However it has been 4 years and 10 months since the registration but mutation (Intkal) of property
has not yet been processed.

If any late fees required to process the mutation as per norm , I am ready to pay .

Please tell the late fees and account details for payment.

I request you kindly initiate the mutation of land records in my Name (:- Sunil Kumar and
Dharmenderi Devi ) and update the official records accordingly.

I have attached the following documents in support of my request:-

1. Copy of Registry
2. Adhar Card
