Terms & Conditions
(Please read carefully)
Team Leads & Responsibilities:
• All teams enrolled for team games must nominate a team captain and mention the same in the registration form as all communication
will be directed to the captain.
• Team captains in Doubles & Team games to ensure that all members are present at the match time.
• Match Schedules & Timings
• The match schedule will be circulated in advance. Participants to be aware of their slots.
• Team Games – Late Arrivals
• Team Member (s) : If a team member(s) is late then the match will start on time with available team members. Late comer
will join as and when the referee decides.
• Full Team - In cases of late arrival exceeding 5 mins the opposing team will be declared winner provided the opposing
team is full strength. No match will be played.
• Individual & Doubles Games – Late Arrivals : If one or both participants from the same team are more than 5 minutes late then the it
will be a walk over win for the opposing team provide the opposing team is in full strength and on time. The opposing team will be
declared as winner. No match will be played.
• Joint Late Arrival – In Case both team are late >5 Mins then points will be shared & match abandoned.
• Late Arrival Exceptions : Fixture Clashes : Participants who arrive late to a match due to an ongoing match will NOT be penalized.
Their match will be rescheduled to a later slot by the Game Director. However, the contestant must inform of the clash to the game
director of the 1st game so that GD1 can coordinate with the GD2 for rescheduling.

• Rescheduling & Substitution / Change :
• Rescheduling : No rescheduling will be done on match day for any fixture.
• Rescheduling may be done in case of a fixture clash or for weather influenced reasons or as decided by OC.
• Changes in partner names or team member names will not be entertained.
• Substitution / No Show / Player(s) Short : On match day no unregistered substitution will be allowed. If a team is short of a player(s)
due to no show, then the match (multi player game) will be played with the members present.
• Playing Conditions & Match Rules :
• Reporting : All players / teams MUST report to the playing arena at least 15 mins before the match time.
• Sign Off : All Players and team captains have to sign off the score sheet post the match.
• Coin toss to start each game except Athletics and Swimming
• Game Equipment: All games will be played with the equipment provided by the OC except for racquets.
• Condition or change of playing equipment will be decided by Referee / OC.
• Breaks : Allowed > Mid match breaks (if any) as per schedule | Not Allowed > Unscheduled breaks
• Injury Time Outs : 3 Mins. If a player is unable to continue a match for any reason, then the match will be awarded to the opponent.
There will be no rescheduling.
• Games with time limitation will be adjudged by the referee.
• Swimming Gear : Participants should follow the swimming gear code as prescribed by Primanti swimming pool guidelines.
• Playing Side Change Rules :-
• Badminton, TT, Volleyball & Tug of War – After Each Set / Game || Tennis – After 2 Games
• Tie Situation (League Stages) - In case of a tie situation player / team with a better Net Score will be declared as the winner. [Net
Score = Points / Games / Sets Won Less Points / Games / Sets Lost]
• Super Tie / Stalemate Situation : In a Super Tie / Stalemate situation in any game a 3 points 1 to 1 player tie breaker will be played to
decide the winner.
• Semi Finals – 3rs Spot Decider – Player / Team with a better Net Score will be declared as the 3rd winner. [Net Score = Points / Games
/ Sets Won Less Points / Games / Sets Lost]

GAME DIRECTORS :: IMPORTANT :: Scoring
• Game Directors to ensure that scores of EACH MATCH AND ALL PARTICPANTS are captured with
detailed score and not just final result (Example : Tennis > Score : Nikunj – 3 | Samrat - 2 = Winner
Nikunj)
• Game Directors to share score sheet with Sanjay immediately after each segment is over AND
NOT at the end of the day. Sanjay will create the final consolidated score sheet based on which
the QF,SF & Finals line up will be prepared.
• Participants & Scoring Sheets : GDs to carry prints of the participant list and the scoring sheet.
The match schedule EXCEL file has the scoring columns in which the scores can be captured.
• Referee : The referee will only be officiating the games. They won’t take any format or rules
related calls.

Rules • 2 Mins warm up.
• First To Reach 6 points in a game wins
• Break Between Games = 2 Mins
• Side change after each game / set.
Tug Of War League & Semi Finals Duration : Best of 3 Games

Rules • Break Between Games = 2 Mins
Athletics Races League, Semi Finals & Finals Duration : 1 Race to decide winner / qualifier.
• 10 Mins per race
Swimming League, Semi Finals & Finals Duration : 1 Race to decide winner / qualifier.
Rapid Chess League, Semi Finals & Finals Duration : Best of 3 Games
• Player loses turn if a move is not played within 2 mins.
• In case of Two (2) instances of time violation the game will be awarded to
the opponent.
• Referee will be the timekeeper & will announce time lapsed at the 60 secs,
105, 165 secs mark for Time Token moves.
• All players get 2 Time Tokens till Semi Final stage & 3 in Finals.
• Each token buys you 1 extra minute per move.
• Only 1 token can be used per move
• Player must redeem the time token from the opponent before the 2 minutes
barrier is breached.
• Opponent can use the time token won.
