HOW TO MAKE PANCAKE
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
-40 grams of granulated sugar
- 60 grams of wheat flour
- 2 grams of baking powder
-Salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla’s
- extract Honey
How to Make:
1. First, separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Then beat the egg whites until stiff
2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with sugar until the sugar dissolves.
3. Next, add the wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Then stir until all ingredients
are evenly mixed.
4. . Slowly pour all the mixed ingredients into one container. Then add the vanilla
extract and stir well.
5. Then heat the pan over low-medium heat and grease with butter. Use a 1/4 cup
measure to scoop and drop the batter into the pan so that you get pancakes of
the same size.
6. Cook until the first side is golden brown, or until the top surface forms bubbles.
7. Flip and repeat on the other side. Adjust the heat.
8. Finally, serve the pancakes while they are still warm with honey. You can add
some fruits like grapes or strawberries to make it more delicious.

Understanding
Procedural text is a type of text in which there are stages or steps which are explained
sequentially and in a short and clear language style.
Objective
Providing information to create or do with methods and steps in sequence. Providing clear
instructions, so that people who do it can get accurate and maximum results. Explaining
the purpose of doing an activity, and the easiest way to do it.
Chapter 3 Closing
Conclusion
The conclusion of a procedural text is a summary of the steps or stages that must be taken
to complete an activity.
Suggestion
In procedural texts, you should also pay attention to the measurements because the
measurements may not be to your taste or could trigger illness.
