Subject: Notice of Eviction Due to Hurricane Damage to Property

Dear FEMA Representative,

I am writing to formally notify FEMA of the unfortunate necessity to evict the tenants from my property located at 1910
Franciscan Ter. The eviction is due to substantial damage caused by Hurricane Helene, which has rendered the premises
unsafe and uninhabitable.

The hurricane occurred on September 27, 2024, and following a thorough inspection by local authorities and licensed
professionals, it was determined that the property suffered significant structural, water, and electrical damage.

For the safety of all parties, I regretfully had to initiate the eviction process as the property cannot safely house occupants
in its current condition. I have communicated this situation to my tenants, and they have been informed of the urgency of
vacating the premises for their well-being.

I kindly request FEMA's assistance and support in helping my tenants secure temporary or alternative housing as they
transition from the damaged property. My tenants can return till mid January when the property is deemed livable, after
they have cleared the rent dues of October, November and December.

Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience if further information is required. Thank you for your time and
understanding in this matter.

Sincerely,
Latonya Thompson.
