MIN. 1/02/2025: PRELIMINARIES

The meeting was called to order by Rev. Sitienei with a word of prayer and welcomed all
members.

MIN. 2/02/2025: WAY FORWARD OF THE WELFARE

Rev told all members on how the welfare was doing from the previous leadership and they
needed new leaders in order for the church activities to be smooth
MIN. 3/02/2025: WELFARE LEADERS ELECTION

The following members were elected:

Joseph Rotich was proposed as the chairperson by Emily kiptoo and was seconded by Evans
Korir and approved by all members.

Ronald kiprotich was proposed as the V. Chairperson by Emily Kiptum and was seconded by
Joseph Rotich and was approved by all members.

Emilly kiptum was proposed as Treasurer by Evans Korir and was seconded by Sally barmao ad
was approved by all members.

Judith Kimutai was proposed as the Secretary by Sally Barmao and was seconded by Ronald
Kiprotich and all members approved.

Sally Barmao was proposed as the V. Secretary and was seconded by Emily Kiptum and was
approved by all members.

I. BEREAVEMENT OF NUCLEAR OF A PERSON


i. Parents/Spouse or Children -Ksh 500 each and Ksh 200 Youths
ii. Brother/ sister ksh 200 each person
Note: To Be Collected From Prayer Groups
II. VISITATION
i. Elderly/ Sick
ii. Less fortunate
iii. Widow/ widower
Note: 100 PER PERSON
III. WEDDINGS
a. If our youth: Men ksh 1000

Note: all gift should be given inside the church
