SHIPBOARD TRAINING
As per JCMMC No. 01 s. 2019
STRUCTURED 12 MONTHS SEAGOING SERVICE a structured accumulated seagoing service of not less than 12 months under the Deck Department, which
shall include the performance of bridge watch keeping duties for a period of not less than six (6) months under the supervision of the Master or a qualified
deck officer, following a structured program of training onboard a seagoing ship of 500 gross tonnage or more engaged in international voyages,
documented in the Training Record Book (TRB).
THIRTY SIX (36) MONTHS SEAGOING SERVICE not less than 36 months of seagoing service onboard a seagoing ship of 500 gross tonnage or more engaged
in domestic or international voyage, either as Ratings Forming Part of a Navigational Watch or Able Seafarer Deck, or other relevant capacity in the Deck
Department, which shall include the performance of bridge watch keeping duties for a period of not less than six (6) months under the supervision of the
Master or a qualified deck officer.
