THROWBALL RULES >>>
Team Composition: Each team has 7 players on the court and up to 5 substitutes.
Court Size: The court measures 12.2m x 18.3m, with a 2m attack line from the net.
Net Height: The net is 2.2m for women and 2.4m for men.
Serving: The serve must be an overhand throw, and the ball should not touch the net.
Catching: Players must catch the ball cleanly with both hands.
Throwing: The ball must be thrown without holding it for more than 3 seconds.
Rotations: Players rotate clockwise when their team regains the serve.
Scoring: A point is scored when the opponent fails to catch, throws improperly, or the ball lands
in their court.
Fouls: Common fouls include holding the ball too long, crossing lines, or touching the net.
Winning: Matches are played best of 3 or 5 sets, with each set going to 25 points.

Foot Fault: Stepping over the service line while serving.
Net Touch: A player or the ball touches the net during play.
Holding the Ball: Holding the ball for more than 3 seconds before throwing.
Double Touch: The same player touches the ball consecutively.
Crossing Attack Line: A player crosses the attack line while throwing or defending.
Ball Out of Bounds: Throwing the ball outside the court boundaries.
Improper Catch: Catching the ball with prolonged contact or uneven handling.
Center Line Violation: A player’s body or foot crosses the center line.
Rotation Error: Players fail to follow the correct rotation order during serve.
Exceeding Team Throws: A team makes more than three consecutive throws before
sending the ball over the net.
