Milkshake Workshop
1) Butterscotch Milk Shake
Ingredients :-
8 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp fresh cream
1- 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt (room temperature)
Salt to taste
Ice Cube
Whip Cream (for topping)
Cinnamon powder
Butterscotch granules
Method:-
1) Heat sugar in a pan, cook till brown.
2) Now add butter and fresh cream and mix well.
3) Immediately add milk and boil it properly.
4) Add ice cubes, cool it, add pinch salt and yoghurt and prepare a shake.
5) Serve garnished with whipped cream, cinnamon powder and butter scotch
granules.
2) Mango vanilla milk shake
Ingredients :-
2 cups child mango chopped (ripe and pulp)
3 - 4 tbsp sugar
2 cups frozen milk
2 Scope vanilla ice cream
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp saffron water (7-8 saffron stalks)
2 tbsp cashew nuts (chopped and steeped)
1 tbsp Pistachio (Chopped)
Pinch cardamom powder

Method:-
1) Soak a piece of cashew in a little milk and make a paste.
2) In a grinder jar, take the pulp of child mango or diced pieces, add sugar,
frozen milk, vanilla ice cream, essence, saffron water and grind it.
3) Now, add cashew paste and grind it again.
4) Sprinkle pistachio pieces and cardamom powder in a glass and serve it.
3) Double Chocolate Freaky Shake
Ingredients :- For dark chocolate ganache
100 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of fresh cream
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp Honey
Ingredients :-
4 Scoop chocolate ice cream
2 cups child milk
Sugar (as needed)
4 tbsp chocolate ganache
Ingredients :- For Topping
Whipped cream and choco chips
White chocolate melted (for design)
Chocolate ganache / chocolate sponge
Method:-
1) Heat cream in a pan. Add dark chocolate and vanilla essence and cover it.
2) After a while, add honey in it, mix it well and prepare ganache. Cool the
ganache completely.
3) Now, add chocolate ice cream, child milk, sugar, ganache and ice to the jar
and Liquidizer.
4) Top and serve as shown.
4) Hazelnut milkshake
Ingredients :-
1 cup child milk
4 tsp Nutella / Hazelnut Spread
4 Scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp hazelnut chopped
1/4 tsp hazelnut essence

Whipped cream
Nutella
Chopped hazelnuts
Choco shots
Method:-
1) In a grinder jar, Liquidizer the child milk and nutmeg.
2) Then add vanilla ice cream, hazelnut essence and stir again.
3) Top and serve in glass as shown.
5) Dairy Milk Silk Milk Shake
Ingredients :- Frozen Milk Base (for milkshakes)
500 ml milk
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
Method:-
1) Mix milk and sugar and boil well.
2) Dissolve cornstarch in a little cold milk and add to it.
3) Boil again, when the milk thickens, turn off the gas and put it in the freezer
to cool. Use when making milkshakes.
4) Add flavor and ice cream and can be used in different ways.
Ingredients :-
1 large dairymilk silk
3 Scoop chocolate ice cream
1 cup frozen base
2 tbsp powdered sugar / sugar syrup
Method:-
1) In a grinder jar add dairy milk, ice cream, frozen base, powdered sugar and
crushed ice as required and serve.
2) Serve garnished with silk chocolate.
6) Walnut brownie milkshake
Ingredients :- For milk chocolate ganache
100 gms of milk chocolate
50 gm fresh cream (look warm)
Method:-
1) Take chocolate in a glass bowl and heat it in the microwave for 30-40
seconds.
2) Now, add warm cream and mix well to make ganache.

Ingredients :-
2 Cup frozen milk (base)
2 Square Piece Brownie
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp Walnut Powder
1 tbsp Walnut Chunks
4 tbsp ganache
Crushed Ice
Ingredients :- For Topping
Chocolate garnish
Ganache
Method:-
1) Mix all the ingredients except walnut chunks in a grinder jar and grind it.
2) Now, fill the prepared shake glass, garnish with chocolate garnish and serve
ganache on top.
7) Tender Coconut Milkshake
Ingredients :-
1 cup tender coconut fresh
2 tsp condensed milk
1 tbsp cashew nuts (steeped)
1 tbsp Almonds (Steeped)
2 Scoop Coconut Ice Cream / Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup coconut milk / milk base
Method:-
1) Take fresh tender coconut cream.
2) Soak cashews and almonds in milk.
3) Grind coconut cream, condensed milk, cashews and almonds in a grinder.
4) Add vanilla ice cream or coconut ice cream and coconut milk and grind it.
Flavored coconut shake can also be prepared by adding 1 tbsp strawberry
crush.

8) Royal Rajbhog Shake
Ingredients :- For Rajbhog premix
1/4 cup almond powder 1 tbsp Glucose Powder / Glucon - d
1/4 cup pistachio powder Pinch citric acid
1/4 cup cashew powder 1/2 tsp Rajbhog Essence
1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp yellow color
6 - 7 saffron threads 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup milk powder 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tbsp Custard Powder (Vanilla)
Ingredients :- For Milkshake
Milk and premix
Vanilla ice cream
Ice Cube (Crushed)
Color as needed
Method:-
1) Grind all the ingredients in a grinder jar.
2) Add almonds, pistachio pieces in the prepared premix and store in an
airtight container.
3) While making shake, add one cup of vanilla ice cream in a cup of milk, add
2 – 3 tbsp of Rajbhog premix, add ice and grind it. Serve with vanilla ice cream
and pistachio slices on top.
