arrange kalaknd mixed with khoa

Recipe
Soak Apricots over night
remove seeds and cook them and make a puree
prepare custard and keep it in fridge to get it cold
arrange cake slice in a glass pour cold custard on it
arrange apricot paste, thick cream
put chopped dry fruits
repeat the process for 2 more time
garnish with Vanilla ice cream, apricot paste and chopped dry fruits

Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse Premix 100 gms


Whipped Cream 60 gms
milk 160 ml

Recipe
Heat milk, add Mousse premix and stir well
Boil until sauce consistency
Whip cream and add chocolate mixture when it’s got cold
fold it in whipped cream,
pour it in serving glass and keep it in refrigerator for 45 minutes to set

Panna cotta

Panna cotta Premix 100 gms


Double dream Cream 400 ml
milk 500 ml
Fresh Strawberry 50 gms
Sugar 100 gms

Recipe
Heat milk and add cream in it
add premix and stir until little thick
Keep it aside and let it cool
heat pan, add strawberries, sugar and some water
let it boil until cook
put some strawberry crush in glass, pour mixture over it and kkep it to get set for 45
minutes
put some strawberry pulp over it for garnish
serve in a saucer, tissue and tea spoon
Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients Qty

Brownie Premix 1 kg
Oil 340 ml
Water 380 ml
Whipped Cream 50 gms

Recipe
mix oil in premix
add water and mix it well
grease a tray and put butter paper on it
pour the batter in a tray and bake it for 35 minutes at 180
let it cool completely and then cut in to square of approx. 80 gms
warm it little in a micro wave oven before serving, pipe out whipped cream on it and chocolate sauce
for garnish

Crème Brule

Crème Brule Premix 100 gms


Double dream Cream 400 ml
milk 500 ml
water 50 gms
Sugar 100 gms

Recipe
Heat milk and add cream in it
add premix and stir until little thick
Keep it aside and let it cool
make caramel
Pour the mixture in a glass and keep it to get it set
Pour hot caramel over it and again keep it to get set
serve in a saucer, tissue and tea spoon
Tiramisu

milk 250 ml
Lady Finger Biscuits 4 Nos
Coffee brew 30 ml

Recipe
add premix in chilled milk
blend it till soft peak
soak lady finger biscuits in coffee brew
arrange biscuits in a serving glass and pour cream over it
make another layer of biscuits and cream and keep it in refrigerator for 45 minutes to
set
sprinkle coffee powder as a garnish
serve in a saucer, tissue and tea spoon

Sizzling Brownie

pour some chocolate sauce and keep warm brownie on it
place a scoop of vanilla ice
cream
garnish with Choco chips, caramel nuts
pour chocolate sauce over it and serve
