Dear Ma’am Nana,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Front Desk at Mantangale


Alibuag Dive Resort, Inc. effective [Last Working Day, typically two weeks from the
date of this letter].

This decision was not an easy one, as I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Alibuag
over the past six months. The knowledge I have gained and the support from you and
my colleagues have been invaluable, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to
grow both personally and professionally.

However, I have decided to focus on preparing for and taking my Licensed


Professional Teacher Exam, a significant milestone in my career. This requires my
undivided attention and commitment, which unfortunately necessitates my departure
from my role at this time.

Please let me know how I can assist in ensuring a smooth transition. I am committed
to completing any pending tasks and am happy to assist in training a replacement
during my remaining time.

Once again, I sincerely thank you for your guidance and understanding. I hope to
remain in touch and look forward to crossing paths again in the future.

Wishing Mantangale Alibuag Dive Resort continued success.
