To begin with, there are many multinational companies that require employees to be fluent in at
least one foreign language such as English. Therefore, the ability to communicate in a foreign
language can open up a world of job opportunities.
In addition, learning a foreign language is not just about being able to listen, read, write, and
speak in that language. It also involves understanding the cultural aspects of that language.
As a result, foreign language learners can broaden their horizons.
Finally, if we are fluent in a foreign language, especially English, it will be easier for us to
communicate with foreigners and people around the world. Moreover, we can travel around the
world without much difficulty. Consequently, the knowledge of a foreign language can help us
become global citizens.
In conclusion, learning a foreign language is beneficial to learners in various aspects.
Therefore, it’s a great idea for people to study at least one foreign language .
