Sales Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key
accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
   •   Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
   •   Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
   •   Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies.
   •   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
   •   Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability and long-term growth.
   •   Establish and improve sales processes, CRM management, and reporting.
   •   Work closely with IT Team, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts and deliveries with
       business goals.
   •   Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and present reports to senior management.
   •   Design and implement standardised sales processes and workflows, analyse sales data to enhance
       forecasting and operational efficiency.
   •   Adapting and leveraging AI, analytics, and CRM tools to optimize sales forecasting, pipeline
       management, and revenue growth.
   •   Develop and execute programs that significantly enhance sales competencies and reduce ramp-up
       time for new team members
   •   Foster and manage strategic relationships with Government departments.
   •   Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycles with government departments (preferably IT Services),
       including lead generation, requirement gathering, presales collaboration, Collaborating with
       respective teams in Deliveries and Support, and account expansion (upselling/cross-selling).
Key Requirements:
   •   Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
   •   Experience: Minimum 20 years in sales leadership roles with Government Organizations

        o     Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
        o     Strong leadership and team management abilities.
        o     Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
        o     Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
        o     Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
