Pass holder is required to be on time and check in at the


registration kiosk with this letter. Arriving on time allows us to
serve you promptly.

If the pass holder is unable to come for the card registration on


the scheduled date, please cancel or reschedule the
appointment at go.gov.sg/mom-appointment.
