EXAMINATION: Pelvic ultrasound scan
Indication: Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding
Comparison image: No previous CT images provided.

Findings:
The uterus appears normal measuring (7.8X3.2X4.7) cm with normal myometrio-endometrial
differentiation.
The endometrium appears thin <3mm, no contents.
Both ovaries show normal size and follicular distribution with a small cyst (<2cm diameter) noted
in the right ovary, most likely physiological.
The urinary bladder appears normal.
There is no fluid collection seen in the pouch of Douglas.
The liver, gall bladder, pancreas, spleen and both kidneys appear normal.

Conclusion:
Findings are of a normal pelvic ultrasound scan.
