Terms and Conditions for DubaiStore.com
Welcome to DubaiStore.com. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By
accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Merchant Products and Warranties
 All products listed on DubaiStore.com are owned and sold by our registered merchants.
 Warranties, if applicable, are provided directly by the merchants. The warranty details and duration will be mentioned on
the product’s detail page.
 DubaiStore.com is not responsible for the warranty terms or conditions set by the merchants.
2. Return Policy
 Customers in the UAE can return eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery, except for grocery items.
 Returned items must comply with our return policies and must not be from the non-returnable products list (see Section
5).
 The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all original tags and accessories intact to be eligible for
return.
 To initiate a return, customers should follow the return process outlined on the website.
3. Non-Returnable Products
 Certain products are non-returnable due to their nature, including but not limited to:
o Grocery products (packaged and fresh items).
o Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, beauty products).
o Health and hygiene products.
o Perishable items.
o Custom-made or personalized items.
4. Return Process
 To submit a return request, customers must:
1. Log in to their account on DubaiStore.com.
2. Navigate to their orders and select the product to return.
3. Submit the request and provide necessary information.
 DubaiStore.com will process the return request in coordination with the merchant, and customers will be notified of the
decision.
5. Refunds
 Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
 The refund will be credited to the original method of payment, whether through Credit/Debit card or the Noqodi Digital
Wallet.
 Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
6. Payment Methods
 Customers can pay for their orders using:
o Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard).
o Noqodi Digital Wallet.
7. Delivery Information
 DubaiStore.com delivers across all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm
Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
 Grocery deliveries are currently limited to Dubai only, and this includes packaged and dry food, drinks, snacks, bread,
bakery, fruits, vegetables, and meats.
 Standard delivery times will vary based on the product and the shipping location.
8. Consumer Rights
 DubaiStore.com aims to promote transparency and trust between merchants and customers. We ensure that no fake or
used products are sold on our platform, and we strive to protect consumer rights under UAE laws.
9. Merchant Information and Responsibilities
 All merchants on DubaiStore.com are registered businesses, responsible for the products they sell, including the quality,
authenticity, and warranties.
 In case of disputes, DubaiStore.com offers an escalation process to resolve issues between customers and merchants.
 Merchants must abide by our platform’s policies and UAE consumer protection laws.
10. Communication Center and Escalations
 Customers can reach out to our Communication Center for support, inquiries, or disputes.
 If an issue cannot be resolved directly with the merchant, customers can escalate the matter through our escalation
process. We will mediate to ensure a fair outcome in compliance with UAE laws.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
 DubaiStore.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our
website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these updates.
12. Governing Law
 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of
DubaiStore.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
