Delivery Policy – UAE
Pickups:
• All UAE pickups have a window of 3 hours.
• Make sure that your item is ready in the pickup 3 hours window.
• For Next Day Delivery, order should be placed one day in advance with complete information
by maximum 10PM.
• If the address is incorrect and new delivery destination was out of area with more than 20 min
distance than the original address; the order will be returned. (Returned Charges will apply)
• If pickup is being delayed by the Merchant beyond acceptable time (10 minutes), the order will
be subject to cancelation and/or extra charges.
Delivery Policy – UAE
Drop off:
• All Same Emirate deliveries have a drop-off window of 3 hours and All across emirates
deliveries have a window of 6-8 hours from pickup as a minimum service level.
• Remote Area Delivery is subject to availability; extra charges could occur based on the
longevity distance.
• Your item is subject to return charges in case of failed delivery; we expect merchants are
available to receive the returned item in case no storage service is provided.
• Any late delivery from our side without advance notice and justification; delivery charges
would be waived.
Delivery Policy – UAE
Lost and Damages:
• All items have an insurance cap of AED 100, damages caused by our delivery associates will
undergo an investigation process maximum for 48 hours from the incident time.
• Our investigation process clarifies root cause of the damage item which includes checks on the
packaging, handling, driving method; items pictures can be taken for proofing purposes.
• Wasla may indicate at pickup, that the order is fragile/poorly packaged and it will be the
responsibility of the customer in case of any damage.
Delivery Policy – UAE
Cash On Delivery and Payment Terms:
• COD settlement period. Wasla will do it’s best to settle any COD amount with the Customer
within 7-day period if it has the confirmation and required information to process the payment.
• If you are a Merchant that already had bilateral contract with Wasla on special terms, then that
takes over the terms stated here.
• Wasla will invoice the Merchant on monthly basis; the payment shall be done with a maximum
7-day period from the invoice date.
• Merchants refuse payments, the management will freeze the account of the Merchant and no
orders will be accepted till payment completion.
• If such practice is repeated; this could cause the management to terminate the contract with
the Merchant.
