and pestle like structure.

Scientifically studied through
microscope.
The heat during baking causes

PHILIPPINES
Baking trade flourish in 1960.
With coming of America,
Important of wheat flour began.
1962 U.S Wheat Associates
established it's office.
8 flour mills: General Milling
Corporation, Pacific Flour Mills,
PHILIPPINES Pilmico Foods Corporation,
Philippine Flour Mills, Liberty Mills
and Wellington Flour Mills.
