I am not this body; I am an eternal soul.

I am not affected by the changes of the body from childhood to old age.

I am a soul traveling through various bodies in the cycle of birth and death.
I am unaffected by heat, cold, sorrow, or joy.
I am above the modes of nature when I serve Krishna with devotion.
I am not a doer; Krishna is the ultimate controller.
I am simply the witness of actions performed by the body.
I am neither the mind nor the intellect, but the pure soul.
I am detached from the fruits of my actions, performing my duty for Krishna.
I am not bound by my work when I perform it with devotion.
I am free from karmic reactions when I act selflessly for Krishna.
I am not the enjoyer of the results of my work; Krishna is the supreme enjoyer.
I am not disturbed by success or failure when I work for Krishna’s satisfaction.
I am performing my prescribed duties as an offering to Krishna.
I am unaffected by victory or defeat, as I work for Krishna’s pleasure.
I am liberated from sinful reactions when I act without attachment.
I am maintaining equanimity in success and failure, dedicating the results to
Krishna.
I am not concerned with the outcome, as I act solely to please Krishna.
I am steady in my duty, without attachment to the results.
