feel stressed or tired – noticeable, sometimes feel tired because she is

Students should improve their self-studying skills.
- more independent (self-study when there is no guidance of the teacher,
outside the class, they can solve their own problems related to their study as
well as their life)
- better time management (they manage their time more effectively by
making their own schedules for study and other activities. For example,
balance time for study and relaxation – for example …..)
- better academic performance (if can co-operate their study in class and
self-study- can easily achieve success in academic performance because self-
study is one of the most important skills when you follow higher education –
