STATUTORY DECLARATION

I, ORLANDO L. VEGA, Gypsum Board Installer, presently residing at Purok


6, Larap, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, solemnly and sincerely declare that:

1. I was born in the Philippines on August 14, 1974;


2. I am a citizen of the Philippines;
3. I was employed in United Arab Emirates (UAE) from the period as
follows:
 From June 28, 2017 to April 25, 2022 under Tornado Group of
Company
4. I have not been convicted, or found guilty of, or charged with offences
against the law of United Arab Emirates;
5. I am unable to secure a police certificate from United Arab Emirates, as
I am no longer residing in that country; and
6. I am of sound character, as evidenced by the attached original
clearances relative to my character and record as a Filipino citizen
presented to Immigration New Zealand as follows:
 Barangay Clearance
 Police Clearance
 National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance Certificate
 Municipal Circuit Trial Court Clearance

That I am executing this statutory declaration to attest to the truth of


the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
