PAYMENT MODE:
1. To initiate the project, for supply type of item should be paid 100% advance, and 80% advance
payment is required for installation part along with the work order.
2. The remaining 20% of this installation work must be paid upon completion of all installation
work, within 7 days.
(Whereas, the work order must explicitly state the project's commencement & completion time for
all IT-related tasks.)
3. Any additional charges included in this invoice must be settled with in 7 working days after the
project is handed over.
GOODS RETURN POLICY:
Please note that all sold goods are not returnable. Once the products are delivered and accepted,
they cannot be returned or exchanged.
DELIVERY TIMELINE:
We commit to delivering the products within a maximum of 10 days after receiving the work-order
confirmation.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
The warranty for our products will be void in the following circumstances:
1. Physical damage is detected.
2. Warranty stickers are removed or tampered with.
3. The products exhibit signs of burning or breakage.
WARRANTY ISSUES RESOLUTION:
In case of any warranty-related issues, we assure you that we will resolve them as per the
product's rules within a maximum of 15 working days.
PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Please be aware that the prices quoted here are for cash transactions. The authority is responsible
for making the full payment for all products within the agreed timeframe. Timely payments will
ensure smoother services and warranty issue resolutions.
VALIDITY:
This price quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of submission. Please take note that the
quoted prices are subject to stock availability.
