     Open the doors of the Mill to check the mill lining codition
     Retighten the loosen fixation bolts of the shell lining (1st compartm
     Change the lifting lining plates at Raws no. R10, R11 and R12
     Change all Shell step lining plates for R13 & R14
     Change all lining plates of inlet head for R5
     Repair by welding defected part at the separator pipe (see attached).
     Repair by patching (rolled metal sheet) the defected parts at the rej
