Integrated UG-PG Programmes
(Session-2025)
On-line Applications are invited for appearing in Kashmir University Entrance Test
(KUET) for admission to the below mentioned Integrated UG-PG Programmes for the
academic session 2025.
I) Programme:
a) 5-Year Integrated UG-PG Programme in:
1) BA-LL.B. (Honors) (Main Campus and four Private affiliated Law Colleges)
2) Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (Main Campus)
3) B Sc-M Sc Electronics (Main Campus)
4) B Sc-M Sc Physics (Kupwara Campus)
5) B Sc-M Sc Energy Studies (Kupwara Campus)
6) BA-M A Arabic (Kupwara Campus)
7) B Sc-M Sc Botany (North Campus)
b) 4-Year Programme in Design Your Own Degree (Zakura Campus)
II) Eligibility:
The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination (12th) are eligible for
admission to the above Integrated UG-PG Programmes; however, the candidates
having appeared in the qualifying examination (12th) can also apply
provisionally on their own risk and responsibility, subject to fulfilling all
eligibility conditions including acquiring minimum required percentage by or
before 5th June, 2025.
Detailed eligibility criteria for the Integrated UG-PG Programmes offered by the
University are mentioned in the Prospectus-2025 available on the University Website
www.kashmiruniversity.net under the tab Admissions. The syllabi prescribed for
Entrance Test and previous Entrance Papers are also available on the same tab
i.e. Admissions.
III) Important dates
Submission of On-line Application Forms from 17-04-2025 to 16-05-2025
Last date of submission of the Entrance Test fee 16-05-2025
IV) Submission of On-Line Application Forms:
The candidates are advised to follow the below steps for filling of On-Line Application
Forms.
Step-1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Link
Admissions. Read Important Instructions for Registration and Submission of Form carefully
before proceeding further.
Step-2: Candidate needs to register himself/herself before submitting the Online Application Form. For
Registration with the System Click on the “Register as Student”. Remember, the Username and
Password for future reference.
Step-3: After successful Registration, login into the system for submitting On-line Application Form.
Enter your “Registration No.” and Click “Next”.
Step-4: Enter the required details and Upload your latest passport size Photograph and click “Next”.
Step-5: Select the desired Preferences (After last date the Preference of Campus/College selected will
not be updated/changed). Click “Next”.
Step-6: If there is any variation click on “Previous” button, make necessary corrections and then Click
“Submit”. Get a printout of the Form and note the Form No. for future reference.
Step-7: Deposit the non-refundable “Application Fee of Rs. 400/- (including Rs. 150/- as IT Fee) and
Entrance Test fee of Rs. 500/-“ i.e Rs. 900/- for one Programme and Rs. 250/- for each
subsequent Programmes, through Online mode only.
Step-8: Applicant can view the Application details by providing username and password. Applicant is
required to make sure that "Application Status" on application form is “Fee Received” after 3
days otherwise application will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.
Step-9: Candidates in their own interest are advised to apply & submit application promptly and not
to wait till the last date/time for applying online. Directorate shall not be responsible if
candidates are not able to submit their applications on account of the last-minute rush. Please
retain print-out of application form for future references.
V) Hard Copies Application Forms and fee receipt :
Candidates need not to submit the hard copy of the Application Form nor of fee receipt; however, they
must take printout of the online submitted Application Form and fee receipt and retain it for future
reference.
VI) Disclaimer:
Directorate will not check/verify the educational/category certificates etc. of the candidates at the
time of Online submission of application form for appearing in the written examination and it will
be the sole responsibility of the candidate to ascertain that he fulfills all the eligibility criteria for
admission to the programme he/she is applying for. However, the documents will be verified by the
concerned Department at the time of completion of admission related formalities in respect of the
selected candidates to a particular programme. The admission of the selected candidate will be
rejected at any time if it is found that the applicant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or has
misrepresented/concealed any facts/information;
VII) Other relevant information:
• Application Form/Fee Reconciliation Status:
The candidates must check the status of their Application Forms after three days of its online
submission. In case, the status of Application is not updated to “Fee Received” or “Fee
Reconciliation is pending”, the candidate should contact the IT Cell adjacent to DSW Office Near
Rumi Gate, University of Kashmir, alongwith Application Form, Fee receipt and all other
documents, within two days after the last date of submission of Application Form i.e. upto 18-05-
2025; thereafter, no claim, whatsoever, will be entertained by the University;
• Submission of Application Forms and appearance in the Entrance Test is subject to
determination of eligibility for admission to the Programme by reference to the Admission
Policy-2025;
• The detailed Date Sheet for conduct of Entrance Test shall be uploaded on the University website in
due course of time;
• Notification for Self-financed Seats shall be issued on 10-06-2025; however, only those candidates
shall be eligible for admission under Self-financed Seats Category, who have applied and appeared
in the Entrance Test of subject concerned.
