1. Describe your hometown + Where is your hometown

My hometown is Da Lat City. I was born and raised there, and it is my favorite place.
-It is located in the southwest of Lam Dong province and is about 200 km from HCM city, which
is a tourist attraction destination. Da Lat where contain a great many memorable memories of
my childhood is a place with privilege natural landscapes and a lovely weather.

2. Do you think u will live there for a long time?

Dalat have a slow pace and for an extrovert person like me, my birthplace isn't a suitable place
for me to find a better job occasion. That’s why I moved to Ho Chi Minh city to study. However,
when I have a successful career I definitely return to my hometown to work and alive. If you
want to enjoy a slower pace of life and are looking for some peace then this will be an ideal
destination

3. What do you like most about your hometown

To be honest, I love everything in there but if I had to choose I think what I like the most is the
climate in my hometown.
-When summer is filled with heat, in Da Lat the atmosphere is still very comfortable with cool
temperatures and I can relax
 4. How long have you living there?
I was born and raised there. I still remember as a child during summertime, I used to participate
in outdoor activities with my friends such as playing football, fishing, and swimming. At night, we
sat on the rooftop to see the beauty of the sky.

5. Do u like your hometown

Of course, I love anything my hometown, especially privilege natural landscapes and the
wonderful weather in here. It doesn't have the hustle and bustle of city life (sự tấp nập và hối hả
của cuộc sống thành phố), besides people are friendly and joyful, you can feel comfortable and
relax when you visit there.

Of course, if you choose my hometown as a destination, I am glad to lead you to discover new
things such as cafes with very new virtual living corners, with ancient features.

I. Study/Work
1.What tech do you use to study?
I use computer to study. The main reason is computer is good for my major at the present and
also in the future. Beside, computer is portable, easy to carry around so I can study or work
anywhere. Moreover, it contains many sources of information, a great many valuable materials
in order to help me gain knowledge and learn about life. Furthermore, computer can do
multitasking and it can communicate with other devices.
2. What subject are you studying?
My major is dentistry. I have just completed my entrance college exam for 4 months and at the
present I’m studying about dental industry.I learn abt

3.Why did you choose to study that? + Do you like ur subject?

To be honest, since childhood I had dreams of becoming a doctor to help people, especially
those in poor condition. And I always proud of my major, its name dentistry. The main reason is
I study about health and I can help pp gain knowledge about medical field in order to build a
healthy lifestyle. I will try to study hard to become a doctor to keep pp’s teeth strong.

4.Do u miss being a student?

Currently, although I’m a freshman of VietNam National University- School of Medicine, I always
remember my high school days-which contained so many fond and memorable memories of my

5.Do u prefer study in the mornings or in the afternoons ?

I definitely prefer studying in the morning. I am at my optimal level of performance when I first
wake up in the morning after a cup of coffee. So, I like to get my studying out of the way (to get
something done so you don’t have to worry about it) so I can relax more throughout the day.
When I try to study in the evening, I tend to be too tired and unfocused.

II. The area you live in

1.Where do u like to go in that area ?
At present, I’m living in Dormitory zone B of National University and my favorite spot in there is
my school, it called School of Medicine. The main reason is when I go to school, I can meet
friends and we can gossip about many things around us such as study, beauty, relationship,…
Moreover some new lessons make me feel interesting and want to discover.
 2. Famous people
I would say about Bảo Ngọc- won beauty contest, was a member of IU, have just followed her
since the competition about beauty began.
3. Recently changes
Because I have just lived in there for 2 months so I unfamiliar with anything around me, if
you ask me I would say a lot of buildings are constructed and store, market are opened.

IV.Home/accommodation
1. What kind of house or flat do u want to live?
To be honest, I want to live in a French house, especially in the future I want to design
my house by myself. The first reason is a French house is romantic and its design gives

I mostly travel around with my motorbike so I don’t really care much about the bus services
around. I’m quite certain that there’s no subway station in the neighborhood. But the roads are
well-paved and big.

3. Do you prefer living in a house or a flat?

I’ve always been in favor of houses. For me, though houses are more expensive, they’re very
convenient and I have complete freedom, no restrictions. I hate the idea of using shared
elevators in apartment buildings and the parking might not be the best experience.

4. Can you describe the place where you live?/ Please describe the room you live in

Briefly, my humble house is located in a small and quiet street, so coming home to me is like all
the craziness happened outside is left behind. Just beside my house stands a big old tree. I
have my own room with walls painted violet, which is kind of a peaceful colour. The air outside
is fresh. I usually open the window to enjoy the wind and sunshine, which will help cool down
my room without an air conditioner. Since I spend most of my time staying at home, my room
means the whole world to me. It’s like a friend who is always there to share ups and
downs with me. So yeah, I would always miss my house, my room whenever I’m away.

5. Which part of your home do you like the most?

It’s the dining room where my family spends our time together. Not only lunch or dinner but all
our family reunions take place in the dining room where we can enjoy
a harmonious atmosphere. We always try to keep the family dinner as something we cannot
go a day without, since for us it’s the family bonding that lies behind.
 32.Weather
1.What’s the weather like where u live?
Located on the Lam Vien plateau with an average altitude of 1500 above sea level, the
weather in Di Linh is affected by the mild and cool mountain climate zone. The weather is quite
pleasant all year round with two seasons in a year rainy and dry seasons. However, almost time
the weather in here is cool and cold.
2. Do u prefer cold or hot weather
Currently, I live in a place which have a cold weather and it is the reason I’m a big fan of
this weather. Firstly, cold weather make me feel comfortable, cheerful along with being
fresh and active all the time. Apart from that, I always have positive energy in cool
weather and conversely when it hot my emotion go down.
3. Do u prefer dry or wet weather ?
Well, to be honest, I really hate rainy and surely dry weather is my cup of tea. The first
one, dry weather gives me a feeling of cleanliness, fresh, being able to hang out with
friends comfortable without an umbrella. What’s else, I can participate in many outdoor
activities such as play badminton, go camping, go swimming,.. etc
4.Are u in the habit of checking the forecast ? When/How often
Frankly speaking, I have a habit that I often check the forecast before I have a plan to go out.
Almost I have to stay at my school everyday, so before go to school about 30 minutes I will see
the weather in that time and check the forecast on my phone. I hate rainy so if the weather are
dark and wet, I won’t go out except some especially occasion like the exam.
 1. Have u ever seen some old buildings in the city ?
I haven’t but its my long lasting dream to see some old buildings. Because, at present,
I’m living in a place which is on the outskirt of HCM city named “Làng Đại học”. It means
a region contain many university such as School of Medicine, HCM University of Science
and Technology. So it not have any old buildings or Classical architecture in there. If I
have a chance to visit somewhere, I will go to Da Nang and take a look at the famous
sight like Hội An Old Quarter.
2. Have u ever got a watch as a gift ?
Yes definitely. This watch is my cup of tea because it’s a gift that my mom especially bought for
me on my birthday last year. I often wear it when I have a party or When I participate in an
important Celebration like Debutante Ball (lễ trưởng thành), wedding.
3. Have u ever changed ur routine?
Well, absolutely. I’m an active and flexible person so I quite comfortable for change my habit.
The main reason is the special properties of my major, besides I join in 3 club of my school which
have many deadline so my routine almost never permanent and my routine often change.
4. Have u ever learnt how to sing ?
Never but I wish to learn about vocal music. Music is my cup of tea and I’m keen on singing.
Frankly speaking, when I take a shower, I always sing my favorite song and chill in bathroom :))
Besides, after complete an important exam like final exam or entrance exam of college, I always
relax by singing in karaoke room with my friends.
5. Have u ever studied Geography at school ?

Definitely, when I was a student of my secondary school and my high school

Geography is compulsory subject, all student have to study and do homework. From my
view, Geography is an interesting subject, because we can learn and discover about
many province or country in the world, about climate and biodiversity.
