SUBJECT: Approval of a transfer application for Seasonal Work in the Agricultural Economy of
the employer (e) BOURI (son) EVTYCHIA (father) SPYRIDON for the citizens of a third country
contained in the attached table, in N. ARGOLIDOS.
DECISION
The Secretary of the Peloponnese, Western Greece and Ionian Decentralized
Administration
Bearing in mind:
1. The provisions of article 13 of law 4251/2014 (government gazette 80 a) "immigration and
social integration code and others provisions".
2. The provisions:
A) of par. 1 of article 280 of law 3852/2010 "new architecture of self-government and
decentralized administration - kallikratis program" as in force (government gazette 87 a'),
B) of the p.d. 139 / 2010 (government gazette 232/a/27-12-2010) "organization of
decentralized administration of peloponnese, western
C) the provisions of articles 63 to 67 of the law. 4954/2022 of greece and ionia",
D) the no. 86782/19.12.2022 decision of the minister of the interior on the appointment of a
seconded secretary of the decentralized administration of peloponnese, western greece and
ionia (government gazette 1183/ y.o.d.d. 120-12-2022) (ad: psden46blue-zm7)
3. The one with no. First 804/04-01-2023 (government gazette 44/b/11-01-2023) decision on
the transfer of signature rights "with secretary's order" to the head of the general directorate
of internal operations and to the heads of the services of the general directorate of internal
operations of the decentralized administration of peloponnese, west greece and ionian.
4. The number 35400/3-4-2023 (government gazette 2189/tb/3-4-2023) joint ministerial
decision "determining the maximum number of licenses of residence for work of third country
citizens for the years 2023 and 2024.
5. The no. First household k.y.a. 30825/4-6-2014 (government gazette 1528/8/06-06-2014) on
determining required supporting documents for the granting of national entry visas and for
the granting and renewal of a residence permit in accordance with the provisions of law
4251/2014, as amended and in force.
6. The under no. 12767/07-12-2023 application with the attached supporting documents
submitted by the employer (e) bouri (an) evtychia (father) spyridon, with vat number
073202782, and was deposited in our service.
7. The fact that from the relevant audit it was established that
A) there is a job vacancy in the n. Argolidas
B) the condition is met regarding the correspondence of the number of absent workers to the
cultivated area included in the contract". Single cultivation declaration and
C) the file against the rest is complete.
The other elements of the case file, of which the employer requests the employment for a
period of up to six (6) months per year and for the next 2 (two) years of the foreigners
mentioned in the attached table.
WE DECIDE
We approve the transfer application for Seasonal Work in the Agricultural Economy of the
employer (former) BOURI (son) EFTYCHIA (father) SPYRIDON for the citizens of a third country
contained in the attached table, with the specialty of agricultural worker, in N. ARGOLIDOS,
for a period of time as mentioned above.
