M At the end of the lesson, most pupils will be able to talk about classroom objects using target
language given.

C At the end of the lesson, most pupils will be able to ask and answer about classroom objects.

1. Flash each flashcard very quickly in front of the class and ask What’s

2. Pupils respond.
1. Pupils look at the picture. Elicit what they can see on the desks.
2. Pre-teach in a mess.
3. Play the recording. Pupils follow the song in their Student’s Books.
4. When students have learnt the song, use the karaoke version to practise
it with the whole class and then in groups.
5. Demonstrate the game to pupils.
II. LESSON
DEVELOPMENT 6. Invite four pupils to the front. Each one brings two classroom objects.
7. Pupils put the objects on a desk.
8. Sing the first four lines of the song. Continue the song, but ask about the
objects on the desk.
9. The four pupils take turns to answer truthfully, (e.g. It isn’t my ruler.)
10. Pupils repeat the activity in groups of four, using the song structure each
time.
1. Distribute worksheets.
Worksheet A (Low level) , worksheet B (High level)
2. Pupils look at the pictures and write the correct responses.
III. POST LESSON
3. Monitor and help as and when necessary.
4. If time, pupils sing the song again. As pupils sing the song, point to
different objects in the classroom for pupils to substitute the words.
