The Rainy Day Business Idea

During a particularly heavy rain in July, Aarav’s school was shut down, and the
neighborhood kids were stuck indoors. To beat boredom, Aarav began folding
paper boats and racing them in the flowing gutters. He started charging ₹2 per
entry, keeping scores and even giving out candies as prizes. What began as a
fun way to pass time became a mini-enterprise that taught him creativity,
marketing, and the value of small ideas.

5. The Talking Tree

In a quiet corner of the school playground stood an ancient banyan tree. Young
Rina believed it could talk. Every day, she sat under it and whispered her
worries, dreams, and secrets. One day, her classmates laughed at her for
“talking to a tree.” But when she explained how it made her feel calm and
listened without judging, they joined her. That old tree became a quiet counselor
for many—a symbol of acceptance and peace.

. The Solar Lamp Project

Tanya’s school had a project week, and her group decided to create something
that could help the community. After researching, they designed a simple solar
lamp using recycled plastic bottles. They gifted the first lamp to an old
watchman who worked nights without electricity. His smile lit up brighter than
the lamp. That day, Tanya learned that real science is not about marks—it’s
about making life better for someone else.

7. The Whispering River

Every summer, Soham visited a hill station where a gentle river ran beside their
cottage. He believed the river whispered stories to him—about wandering clouds,
secret fish hideouts, and pebbles that had traveled from mountains far away. He
wrote those tales in a diary. Years later, his childhood journal became the
foundation of his first published storybook, “The River That Spoke.”
