About Sales

Generate a new lead for organisation.

Type of Sales:-

 Upselling:-
o If customer came of lower amount of product and we sell higher amount product
 Cross Selling:-
o Customer came for X product and we sell Y product along-with it

Sales that you will do on floor:-

 Prepaid new connection


 Post-paid new connection
o Individual Connection
o Corporate Connection
 COCP
 COIP
 Vi Prepaid User – Migrated to Vi Post-paid User
 Other Operator Customer – Converted into Vi Customer (MNP Port in)
 Enterprise Products- As per need

Important points for Sale:-

 Person should be physically present at store


 Original documents are required (No Photocopy / No Soft Copy)
 As an individual a customer can take maximum 9 connections (Prepaid + Post-paid)
 Customer should be 18 yrs. or above (Post-paid)

Documents Required for New Connections

 Proof of Identity :- A government document which contain the photograph of customer


o Aadhar Card
o Passport
o Voter ID Card
o Bank Pass book
o PAN Card
o Photo Credit Card
o Driving Licence
o Arms Licence
o Etc.
 Proof of address: - A government document on which the address of the customer mentioned
of over it.
o Aadhar Card
o Passport
o Voter ID Card
o Bank Pass Book
o Bank Statement of Account
o Driving Licence
o Rent agreement – On Rs.50 Stamp Paper
o Electricity Bill (On the name of customer)
o Water Bill (On the name of customer)
o Ration card
o Etc.
NOTE:-

 If customer is providing a document which have photo as well as address mentioned on it –


Only one documents is suffice
 Confirm the address from the customer for his stay

On the basis of geographical area, we have 3 types of customer


 Local Resident of Delhi & NCR
o A customer who is providing the POI / POA for Delhi & NCR
o Alternate number
o Email ID
 Outstation Customer
o A customer who does not have the address proof for Delhi & NCR
o We need
 Permanent address proof
 Take the POI
 Capture the complete details of Local residence
 Alternate Number
 Email ID
 Local Referee Details
 Name
 Mobile Number
 Address
 Foreign Nationals
o A customer who came to India from other country– Tourist / Education / Job
o We need
 Permanent address proof (Passport)
 Take the POI (Passport)
 Valid Visa Details
 Capture the complete details of Local residence
 Alternate Number
 Email ID
 Local Referee Details
 Name
 Mobile Number
 Address
