1. Procedure

A. The JCM is organized into:


• Front matter
• General Instruction Cards (GIC)
• Access Cards (ACC)
• Job Instruction Cards (JIC).

B. Front matter
The front matter consists of:
• Title page, which shows the manual title, aircraft model, name of the operator, and the initial issue date of the manual
• Effectivity cross reference index, which gives information on aircraft registration and effectivity code
• Record of revisions, which lists the successive revision numbers, issue dates, and insertion dates. This record must be kept
current by the operator.
• Record of temporary revisions, which lists the issued temporary revisions and insertion/removal dates. This record must be kept
current by the operator.
• List of effective pages, which lists all manual pages with their issue dates. It also shows the related issue dates of the MPD/CMP
and AMM
• Introduction, which gives a description of the manual.

C. JIC Arrangement
The JIC's are sorted in ATA-100 chapter-section-subject order.
Customers having a Customized Maintenance Program (CMP) made by Fokker Services B.V. can get the JIC's arranged in
accordance with their CMP (line-, minor-, major-, and out of phase maintenance).

D. Incorporated Service Bulletins


JCM data and AMM data is retrieved from the same data base. This makes sure that both manuals will have the same service bulletin
data incorporated. For more information on incorporated service bulletins, refer to the modification list in the front matter of your AMM.
