Cooling System :
- Check and repair radiator as neccesarry
- Inspect hose clamps and piping
- Check ACP ( Active Cooling System Pressurization )
pressure regulator, check regulator, check valve and
relief valve for proper adjustment and operation
- Inspect fan for crack and / or damage
- Inspect fan shroud for adjustment and damage

Air Induction System :


- Check air cleaner, housing and seals for damage
- Replace air cleaner elements
- Check air piping for Holes damage elbow and connectors,
loose or broken hose clamps, corroded piping under
rubber elbows and connectors and tubing rubbing against
other vehicle components.
- Check air restriction gauge for condition and operation,
Maximum restriction specification :
Clear air filter element, 380 mm H20 ( 15 in. H20 )
Dirty air filter elements, 635 mm H20 ( 25 in. H20 )

Exhaust System :
- Check exhaust piping for holes, dentx, breaks and tubing
rubbing against other vehicle components.
- Check exhaust restriction at full load and speed

Electric System :
- Check batteries, battery cable, and connections for condition
- Check charging altenator and cables for condition and operation
- Check engine earthing cables for condition
- Check instrument panel ( indicator lamps, gauges, switchs )
- Check wiring harness's for condition

Fuel System :
- Check fuel line supply from tank to engine fuel return
line from tank. Make sure all valves in the line are
working properly.
- Check fuel tank, it must be clean, free of dirt and water.

Oil System :
- Check oil level
- Check all refill plugs are tight
- Check all drain plugs are tight
- Check all filters are tight

Others
- Check engine mount capscrew torque
- Check transmision/propulsion altenator capscrew torque
- Check cranckshaft and flost recorder : ________________
