RE: PLE, U.C.E AND U.A.C.E MOCK EXAMINATION 2025
On behalf of our association, (KWGSA), I extend warm greetings and appreciation to all the
schools that have continued supporting the association since its establishment in 2009.
KWGSA is a team of experienced examiners handle the setting of exams and marking. However
new examiners are recruited every year to increase manpower in the exercise (Examiners apply
using the application form attached and endorsed by the DOS / Head teacher of participating
schools).
The purpose of this circular is to invite your candidates for the above mocks to enable them have a
real picture of what their scores will be in final UNEB exams. The details of subjects to be handled
and the time table are hereby attached.
Fees for the above exercise are as follows;
KWGSA charge Sheet 2025
Centre Registration - 30,000 (Both levels) - Applies to only New joining Schools or those that
missed the previous year (2024)
8,500 Includes Marking and Marking guide (soft and hard copy)
PLE 5,500 No marking but with a hard copy of the marking guide
30,000 Covers Examination fees (Setting, delivery and Marking)
Answer booklets, graph papers and Art Papers.
Hard and soft copy of the Marking guide book
UCE Mock analysis sheet and individual paslips
& 25,000 Covers Examination fees (Setting, delivery and Marking)

Payment should be done from the Association account in Centenary Bank (any branch country

To maintain efficiency of registration process and accuracy in administration and processing mock
results, please ensure that you fulfill the following before going to the registration center.
- Have duly filled summary of entries for each level in soft copy shared to 0782025144
(Whatsapp), candidates subjects registration summary for UCE [please type the name of
each candidate and tick the subjects done by each candidate).
Currently PLE, U.C.E and U.A.C.E Mock Examination for 2025 are being prepared. The timetables
have been attached. Study them and if there is any comment let us know before because the
examination will be sat according to these time tables.
We offer mock pass slips signed for each candidate on returning results. We deliver exams at the
area center and then pick them for making but results and marked scripts are given out from the
association office at the school’s expense.
Road map
Setters Workshop shall be held between Sat. 10th/05/2025– Mon 13th/05/2025.
The closing date for the registration of candidates is Monday 21st July 2025 to enable us
consider your school in our printing and packing schedule.
Typing, proof reading, typesetting and printing shall have ended by Fri. 18th/07/2025 to
allow timely printing and packing.
Supply of the UACE and UCE First Lot will be by Saturday 26th July 2025 at our collecting
centers.
Briefing of UCE and UACE candidates will be done on Friday 25th July 2025 and wri ting
examinations will begin on Monday 28thJuly 2025.
Briefing of PLE candidates shall be done on Monday 11th August 2025 and examinations begin
on Wednesday 13th Aug. 2025.
Marking is expected to start on Sunday 17th Aug. 2025 with the reporting of examiners at the
centers that shall be indicated in the examiners invitation letters.
Results, marked scripts and mock pass slips will be ready by Monday 15th September 2025.
