OFF-STAGE

Rules and regulations


SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
 THE PARTICIPANTS ARE URGED TO BE PRESENT OFF STAGE ON TIME FOR THE
EVENT AS PER MENTIONED IN THE ITENERARY.
 THE PARTICIPATIONS OF THE LATE PARTICIPANTS SHALL BE EXPUNGED FROM THE
COMPETITION.
 FOR ALL THE EVENTS LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION IS 10/05/25 TILL 5PM (ON THE
SPOT REGISTRATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED IF NO. OF PARTICIPANTS ARE LESS
THAN REQUIRED).

GAME-1:- (HOP WITH ROCK,PAPER AND SCISSORS)

No. Of teams /college: 01

No of team members/team: 03

*Process*

1. 2 teams will play at a time.1 team on one end and other team on other end.

2. When we'll blow the whistle, each participant from both ends will hop onto circles.
Single hop at a time

3. When both participants while hoping onto circles face each other they have to play rock,
paper and scissor

4. The one who loses in rock, paper and scissors will be eliminated and other member from
that team will start the race from starting point. (Circle 1)

5. Winner will continue to hop onto the circles to opposite end.

6. Likewise, maximum number of participant from each team who'll reach on opposite end
will be considered as the winner of the game.

(Note: winners from each team will play against each other and we'll get our final winner in
the end like ipl)
GAME 2 : (RELAY TIC-TAC TOE)

No. of teams /college =01

1.Each team consists of 3 players.

Time limit: 5minutes

2.There will be 2 teams competing against each other.

3.On a signal, the first player from each team runs to tic-tac-toe board.

•Each player places their marker in one of the empty spaces within the grid.

4.Participants will have 2 options in each round:

• Participants can either place their X or O OR

•Remove the other team’s X or O

5.The player then runs back to their team & passes the baton to the next player in line.

6.This continues until one team gets three of their markers in a row — horizontally, vertically
or diagonally.

7. If all 9 squares are filled without a winner, it’s a draw and in that case for the selection of
the winner task will be assigned on the spot to both the teams and the one to complete
within the shortest time wins.

WINNING CRITERIA : The first team to achieve three of their markers in a row wins
the game

GAME-3:- (MUSICAL THRONES)

No of members/college: 02

*Process*
1. The number of chairs would Be One less than original number of participants in each
round
2. whenever the music will stop the participants have to take their respective seats who so
ever left will be eliminated on the spot and number of chairs will decrease in each round
and so on

3. If you are moving in one direction you are supposed to choose your seat in the respective
row you are not allowed to go back in the backward direction.

4. The final decision would be in the hands of judges only if two students sit on one chair
the judge will decide who was first to sit.

5. You have to dance instead of walk just enjoy the music and become winner.

6. Players cannot hover over or touch any chair until the music stop.

7. The game will continuous until one player is left sitting

Winning criteria The person left sitting on the last chair

GAME: 4 (BOITE DE MISSIONS)

Process

1)The member of each team get the fair chance to choose the task from chits present
inside the box.

2)Each team has to complete 5 task self chosen by the member from the chits box

3)The team which performs 5 task in minimum time frame will be chosen or selected as
winner.

4)No external help would be allowed during the task performance.

5)The tasks would be explained beginning of play so each player would get fair opportunity.

6)Every player in a team has to do 2 task at least and the remaining could perform 3 task.

7)No simultaneous performance of task is allowed.

8)Once task chosen cannot be replaced.


9))In case of tie one another task is performed by one member of team and the winner is
chosen who performs task in minimum time frame.

GAME :5 (BATTLE OF WITS) {only for faculty}

NO.OF PARTICIPANTS/COLLEGE : 02

The game is consisting of 3 levels i.e.

LEVEL 1: Stack the glasses.

LEVEL 2: Spoon with marble.

LEVEL 3: Quick gaze

Instructions for the game: -


1. Players will be eliminated at each level.
2. Four players will proceed to level-2.
3. 2 players will proceed to level-3.

Rules for level-1:


• Each player must stack the glasses within the timeframe i.e 15 seconds
• The players can only use their hands to handle the glass ; no external objects are
allowed.
• The stack must be stable to stand on its own.
• Glasses must be stacked on top of each other, with each glass balanced on the one
below it.
• Only glasses that are successfully stacked and standing at the end of time limit will be
counted.
• If the player knocks over the stack or causes it to fall, they have to restart again
irrespective of the progress Winning criteria:
• The first four players with the highest stacks at the end of the time limit will proceed to
level 2.
• In case of tie , the player who achieved the stack in the shortest time wins.

Rules for level-2:

Objectives: Roll a marble successfully along a series of 10 wooden spoons, reaching the
last(10th) spoon without falling off
1. Each player begins by gently placing and rolling the marble from the first spoon
2. Once the marble is released, the players may not touch it again until it stops or false.
They should only be handling the spoon to roll the marble over the next.

Winning criteria:

The first two players to roll the marble successfully on to the 10th spoon in shortest time
will proceed to level 3

Rules for level-3

Objective: Blindfolded players must correctly identify and place the assigned color paper
into a box within a time limit of 20 seconds, based only on one brief look

1. The players get five seconds to look at the table layout without touching anything.
2. After the look, the color will be assigned by the judge and they must find and place the
correct color paper into the box.
3. Players must complete the task within 20 secs.

Winning criteria:

Correct color in the box = 1 point

Wrong colors in the box= -1 point (only to be considered in tie situation) The

player with the highest point at the end wins.

DAY -2
GAME: 1(ROPE SHOWDOWN)

NO.OF TEAM/COLLEGE: 01

NO.OF MEMBER /TEAM : 05

Instructions:
• Each team consists of 5 players.
• A center mark is placed on the rope, with two side marks 2 meters on either side.
• A central line is marked on the ground.
• Two side lines are drawn 4 meters from the centre on each side.
• Teams take positions at either end of the rope, behind their respective side marks.
• The referee gives commands: “Pick up the rope,” “Take the strain,” and then “Pull.”
OBJECTIVE:
• The aim is to pull the opposing team’s mark on the rope past the centre line.

Fouls and Disqualifications:


• Lowering the elbow below the knee while pulling (called “locking”) is a foul.
• Sitting on the ground or not pulling continuously can lead to a warning or disqualification.
• Stepping over the side line or using gloves with tacky substances may not be allowed.

Winning Criteria
• A team wins when they pull the opposing team’s rope mark past the centre line.

Winning teams will continue the game (the twist will be there which will be explained on the
spot)

GAME : 2 (MARBLE MAZE)

NO.OF TEAMS/COLLEGE : 02

NO.OF MEMEBERS/TEAM : 02

Objective: The primary goal of the challenge is to successfully transport a marble from the
designated starting point to a bucket placed at the finish line.

1. Marble will be made to fall from a particular point and all the team members must
ensure that the marble is guided smoothly through the pipes with controlled movements
up to the bucket placed at the finish plan.

2. One team will be consisting of 2 members

3. Only the next participant in the line is permitted to reposition their section of pipe to
allow the marble to continue moving forward.

4.If it any point marble falls to the ground, the team must restart from the initial position,
regardless of progress.

5. Each team will be provided with the time limit of 1 minute.

Winning criteria

The team that successfully directs the marble into the box in the shortest time wins.
