What is a Value Proposition?
• A value proposition is a short statement that explains:
              o What your product/service is
o Why customers should buy from you instead of others
   • It’s more than a description — it shows the solution you offer and the value customers will get.
   • A strong value proposition:
              o Attracts buyers
o Makes you stand out from competitors
              o Helps increase sales
Why is a Value Proposition Important?
   • It’s the core of your competitive advantage
   • Without it, customers might choose other businesses
   • It gives a clear reason why people should trust and buy from you
