You are therefore directed to answer in writing within five days (5) why no disciplinary action be
taken against the said infraction. Otherwise, we will be constrained to implement the appropriate
disciplinary action on the matter. Please report to HR Department as soon as possible.

Notice sa pamamagitan ng registered mail ngunit hindi ka pa rin nagreport. Ang hindi mo
pagpasok ay nangangahulugan ng “insubordination” o hindi pagsunod sa valid na utos ng iyong
superyor.
Ipinapaalala sa iyo na ang pagliban/di-pagpasok-nang-walang-pahintulot ng iyong superbisor ay
isang paglabag na may kaparusahan ayon sa HCDC Code of Discipline.
