Event Overview:
The Quiz Competition was organized as part of TechFest 2025 to promote knowledge,
logical thinking, and teamwork among students. The event aimed to provide an
engaging and challenging environment for participants to test their intellectual
capabilities.
Objective:
• To encourage healthy competition and critical thinking.
• To enhance students’ knowledge across various domains.
• To provide a platform for students to showcase their quiz-solving skills.
Rules and Guidelines:

• Participants must ensure stable internet connectivity and adhere to the given
time limits.
• Late entries will not be accepted once the quiz begins.
Event Flow:
Registration & Briefing (15 minutes):
• Participants join the event venue.
• Rules, format, and judging criteria are explained.
Quiz Rounds (90 minutes):
• Participants answer questions across different categories.
• Volunteers monitor progress and ensure fair play.
Review & Evaluation (15 minutes):
• Responses are reviewed and scores calculated.
Winners Announcement & Conclusion (10 minutes):
• Winners are announced and awarded prizes.
• A brief speech from the judges and event closure.
Judging Criteria:
• Accuracy of answers
• Time taken to respond
• Tie-breaker questions in case of a tie
Conclusion:
The Quiz Competition was a great success, with enthusiastic participation from
students. The event successfully fostered knowledge-sharing, competitive spirit, and
analytical skills. The competition concluded with prize distribution and words of
encouragement from the judges.
