THE EVENT IS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO DEVELOP A WELL-

STRUCTURED FORMAT. IT IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE IN TWO ROUNDS. IN
THE FIRST ROUND, STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO SUBMIT THEIR PAPERS IN A
