The "Renovation of a Swimming Pool" project intends to modernize and rejuvenate the Mirpur

Case problem
The Bangabandhu National Swimming Pool was allowed to address its long-standing problem of
inadequate infrastructure and provide everyone with a top-notch experience thanks to a
regulation from the Bangladesh Swimming Federation.
Given that we have a 25,000,000 crore budget for this project. Therefore, in the event of
inflation, political unrest, or natural calamities, our budget may have gone over and we may not
have been able to finish on schedule.
We were given five weeks by the Bangladesh Swimming Federation team to complete the
renovations and start offering services to the public. If Bangabandhu Swimming Pool had missed
the deadline, they would have been penalized 50,000 Takas every week.
