General Instructions
Competition Dates:
6th and 7th May 2025
● The event is open to students from grade III to XII.
● The last date for registration is 25th April, 2025
● All participating schools must register for the events using the given
link – https://forms.gle/Xj5mJcSsnuCtmf7K7
● Participating schools must report at the venue at 8:00 a.m. for
registration on 6th May 2025.
● Codes will be allotted to each school, which shall be taken as their
identity for both the days of the event.
● All competitions will start simultaneously at 9:30 a.m. on Day 1, and
at 9:00 a.m. on Day 2 of the event.
● All participants must be dressed in white uniform where the school
logo is not visible (except for the events which require a costume).
● Participants must carry their current school ID cards.
● One student can participate only in one event. Repetition of the same
participant in more than one event will not be permitted.
● Only one team per event per school is allowed.

● The participants are requested to abide by the rules
specified for each event.
● The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
● No entries and registration will be accepted after the last date of registration.
● The name and class of the participant (s) must be clearly specified in the registration
form.
● For queries related to the event(s), contact the respective Teacher Coordinator(s)
between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
● The participating school must send a teacher to accompany the students for the
events.
● Schools must participate in a minimum of five events to be eligible for the Trophy.
● The host school will not claim the Trophy.
● Merit/Participation certificates will be given to all the students.
● Participants are not allowed to carry any electronic device, including mobile phones
(except for the event that require any)
● Winners from Day 2 as well as the winners of the Trophy will be awarded during the
Valedictory Ceremony on 7th May 2025 at 12.30 p.m. Dispersal on Day 2 will be at
1:00 p.m.

Theme: : Modern Sustainability – Style for a Greener Tomorrow

Rules and Regulations:


● Participants will design and wear an outfit made from eco-friendly
or recycled materials.
● Materials that can be used are newspapers, cardboards, jute, fabric
scraps, old CDs, foil, paper plates, dry leaves, etc.

● Each team will start at the first station.
● The first player in each team will get a math problem. They must
solve it correctly before running to the next station.

● Brush can be used for outlining.
● All artwork must be created using vegetable printing techniques.
● Participants should come prepared with pre-cut vegetables and
required materials.

● Teams will pick a poem of their own choice and prepare a drama
based on it.
● Each team will act out the drama within the given time duration.
● Both the poem and the drama’s script must be written on an A4
size ruled sheet in a presentable manner.
