PLEASE NOTE: GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. All participating schools are required to pay a registration fee
of ₹2000, which must be paid on the day of the event at the
registration desk.
2. Only the first 20 schools to register will be allowed to
participate. The last date to register is July 11th.
3. Reporting time for schools -7:45 A.M onwards. Registration
desk will close by 8:45 AM.
4. Lunch will be provided by the host school. Pay and eat food
stalls will be available at the venue.
5. Students must carry their ID cards for the registration
process.
6. A student is only allowed to participate in one event.
7. No participant is permitted to wear their uniform or reveal
their school name in any way during their event to avoid
recognition of schools and confusion in judgment.
8. Final participant list and required soundtracks, presentations
must be submitted by each school on or before the 21 st of July
2025 to the mail id : ignite.spab@gmail.com
9. No event can be delayed for the convenience of the
participants.
10. Participants should report to the venue 10 minutes prior to the
start of the event.
11. No teachers are permitted on stage with the participants.
12. All the setup on stage will be done by the participants with
the help of support staff and volunteers.
13. The decision of the judges will be final.

👥 Team Composition:
• Each team must have a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 members.
• Only one team per school is allowed.
⏱ Performance Duration:
• 4 to 5 minutes (on-stage performance time).
• Additional 2 minutes for setup and clearance.
• Exceeding the time limit will result in negative marking.
🎵 Music Guidelines:
• Music must be clean, non-explicit, and appropriate for a school setting.
• Accepted formats: MP3 only.
• Carry a backup copy on a USB drive.
🎭 Costumes and Props:
• Costumes should be modest and suitable for a school event.
• Props allowed, but teams must manage setup/clearing within the time
limit.
• No use of fire, liquids, glass, sharp or hazardous materials.
🔥 Performance Guidelines:
• Only Western dance styles (Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical,
Locking, Freestyle, etc.).
• No fusion with Indian classical or folk styles.
• Offensive moves, language or gestures will lead to disqualification.
• All performances must be original and plagiarism-free.

• Up to 1 minute allowed for setup and exit.

🎵 Performance Guidelines:
• Theme: Journey Through The 2000’s
• All music must be produced vocally – no instruments or backing tracks
allowed.
• Use of vocal percussion (beatboxing), harmonies, and layering = is
encouraged.
• Pre-recorded audio or instruments are strictly prohibited.

• Lyrics and themes must be school-appropriate.

🎯 Theme
• All performances must revolve around the central theme:
“Winds of Change” – highlighting social, environmental, political, or cultural

• Open to teams of 6 to 15 participants.
• Each school may send only one team.
⏱ Time Limit
• Performance time: 6 minutes.
• Setup and clearance: Maximum 2 minutes.

🎤 Performance Guidelines
• Performances must be in English.
• No use of microphones, background music, or instruments – all sound must be
live and vocal (including claps, chants, beatbox, etc.).
• Street-play format must be maintained: direct interaction with the audience,

• Teams can use minimal portable props and banners.No elaborate stage setups.
• No use of offensive language, vulgarity, or politically sensitive content.

🎯 Event Description
• Participants must re-enact a famous historical speech or monologue
delivered by a real figure from history (e.g., freedom fighters, world leaders,
reformers, revolutionaries).
• The goal is to capture the essence, voice, emotion, and expression of the
original speaker.
👤 Eligibility and Participation
• Open to individual participants only.
• One participant per school is allowed.
⏱ Time Limit
• 3 to 4 minutes per performance.
• Exceeding the time limit will result in deduction of marks.
🧑🎤 Performance Guidelines
• Participants must choose a real historical speech (not fictional or movie-
based).
• Speeches must be in English.
• Costumes relevant to the chosen personality are encouraged for
authenticity.
• Props and minimal accessories (e.g., glasses, shawls, etc.) are permitted if
they add to the re-enactment.
• Voice modulation, expressions, and body language must reflect the original
speech style and context.
• Participants must not read from a script during the performance.
• Use of music, background sounds, or multimedia is not allowed.

• Pecha Kucha is a visual storytelling format where participants present the
topic using 20 slides, each shown for 20 seconds – making a total of 6
minutes and 40 seconds.
• This format encourages concise, creative, and impactful presentations,
making it perfect for sharing ideas related to "The Ripple Effect" – how small
actions can create big changes in society, the environment, education, or
individual lives.
👤 Eligibility
• Open to individual participants only.
• One participant per school is allowed.
🗂 Presentation Format
• The presentation must follow the Pecha Kucha 20x20 format: 20 slides, 20
seconds per slide, Automatically timed slide transitions
• The total presentation must be exactly 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
• Slides must be visual – avoid heavy text.
• Presentations must be in English only.
📁 Slide Submission Guidelines
• Slides must be submitted in .pptx or format.
• Transitions must be set to automatically change every 20 seconds.
• Submission must be made by 21st July, 2025 via mail.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

🖼 Event Description
In this collaborative art challenge, two artists from each team will alternatively
work on a single canvas without any form of communication.
The theme will be revealed 30 minutes before the competition begins.
The goal is to create a cohesive and expressive artwork that reflects both creativity
and coordination—without a single word exchanged.
👥 Team Composition
• 2 participants per team
• Only 1 team per school is allowed
⏱ Time Limit
• Total time: 2 hours
• Artist Swap every 30 minutes
• A bell will indicate when it’s time to switch artists
🧑🎨 Event Guidelines
• The theme will be announced 30 minutes before the event starts. No mobiles
allowed during this event.
• Member 1 will start painting based on the theme for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, Member 2 will take over, and the cycle will continue until
the end of 2 hours.
• No verbal or written communication between team members is allowed
during the event.
• Any form of communication will lead to disqualification.
🖌 Materials
• Canvas will be provided by the organizers (18 x 24 inches).
• Teams must bring their own art supplies (paints, brushes, palettes, etc.)
• Participants may use any dry or wet medium (e.g., acrylic, water colour, oil
pastels).
• Teams must clean their workspace post-event.

🎭 Event Concept
This duet dance competition showcases a Jugalbandi, a harmonious blend of
two distinct Indian classical dance forms performed together. The goal is to
highlight the individual beauty of each form while achieving synchrony and
storytelling unity as a pair.
👥 Team Composition
• 2 participants per team
• Each school may send 1 team
• Each participant must represent a different Indian classical dance form
(e.g., Bharatanatyam & Kathak, Odissi & Mohiniyattam, etc.)
⏱ Time Limit
• Performance duration: 5 to 6 minutes.
• Exceeding time will result in negative marking.
🎶 Music and Costume
• Only pre-recorded audio tracks are allowed. Participants must bring
their track on a pen drive, clearly labelled with the school and team
name.
• Tracks must be submitted on or before 21st July.
• Costumes must be traditional and appropriate to each dance style being
represented.
⚠ Performance Guidelines
• The performance should: Clearly highlight both dance forms, include
moments of dialogues or fusion between the two styles, maintain cultural
authenticity.
• Props may be used if essential, but must be managed by the participants
themselves.

• The model must be made primarily from recyclable materials such as:
Cardboard, newspapers, plastic bottles, bottle caps, scrap fabric, etc.

• Total duration: 1.5 hours (90 minutes)
• No extra time will be provided for finishing touches
