TERMS & CONDITIONS
SCOPE OF WORKS:
• Consultancy on Company incorporation procedures.
• Trade Name reservation and Activity approval.
• External Approval from relevant government authority based of the business activities.
• License application and issuance.
• Establishment Card application and issuance.
ADDITIONAL FEES (Subject to Clients requirements):
• Each Employee Visa Fees, Medical Test, Emirates ID, and Medical Insurance will be additional.
• AED 1000.00 – will be applicable for company labour card.
• Any Govt. fees which are not mentioned above are additional
ESTIMATED TIMELINE:
• RTA Approval will take 7 to 10 working days.
• License issuance: 5 to 7 business days (subject to the business activities)
• Immigration card issuance: 2 business days
*All the above-mentioned timelines can be achieved before or after the specified dates, depending on the departments' current laws and regulations. *
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Investors of certain nationalities (ex. Syrians, Iranians, Iraqis etc.) are not eligible to apply for the Instant License due to the CID restrictions.
• Avyanco basically provides bank facilitation services only; the discretion to accept or decline the application is completely up to the respective bank.
• Avyanco or any of its employees are not liable or responsible for the rejection of any application, such as license issuance, Visa application, bank account
application, or other government services provided by Avyanco.
• The business Activities & legal structure has been confirmed by the client, Avyanco is not liable for any of the penalties from any government or any other
department.
• Avyanco cannot be held accountable or liable for the rejection of all or some of the mentioned services; moreover, the applic ation will be processed only
once. Additional fees will be imposed if the application must be processed more than once.
• All the documents and payment must be provided to Avyanco in advance to complete the transaction.
• No Pickup & Drop facility of the documents is allowed under Corporate Service Provider Agreement.

Individual Shareholding:
• Three proposed Trade Name Options/ Company Names (To check availability)
• Investor/Shareholder/Owner Passport Copy with valid Residence Visa and Emirates ID or Visit Visa
• Manager’s Passport Copy with valid Residence Visa and Emirates ID or Visit Visa
• No Objection Certificate from the current Sponsor if proposed Partner/Investor/Manager already has a UAE Residence Visa.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• VAT of 5% will be applicable on all our service charges.
• 100% payment required in advance.
• This Business Proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• The government fees are only estimates and may be subject to change.

• All payments should be made in advance to complete the government process for any application.
• In event If the client terminates the services, the payment provided to Avyanco is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The package may change depending on the activity.
